I paid him the full amount and trusted Edwin that the 2nd pillow would be ready in a few weeks. That was August 5th. since then Edwin promises the pillow shortly, soon, in 2 weeks, etc. I even went to his store on that day he said the pillow would be ready but the pillow is not done. now he ignores my calls and texts. I write this after 4 months of waiting. my recommendation is hold back money on his jobs until everything is complete.

She was helpful there and we got through what we needed. I got a quote. Negotiated a bit, got me a better price. Still way more expensive then other places, but I was hoping for better service. Guy came the next week. Measured. I had to stay home and miss the morning of work - yes miss more work- because he would only come between 10:30 and 3. Not convenient. But whatever. Then the quote changes to an extra 400$. Now the place is WAY OVER PRICED. Anna said it was because it was an outside mount. However, in the store I gave the correct measurements, but she didn't add on enough for an outside mount. How is that my fault? Or ask where I measured? Warn me even? No, nothing. Then they just cancelled my order, returning my full deposit because they didn't like that I complained about this. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I hardly write bad reviews, but I couldn't let these people get away with this The one good review that got posted the day after mine (because I told them I was posting a bad review) is a person that only has 1 review on all of Yelp. Don't trust it. Stay away from calico!!!

As soon as I walked in, the only store employee who was working at the time named JANE did not greet me at all. She showed poor customer service and was not able to help me with what I needed. When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.

After searching everywhere for a way to conceal it, I found Calico and went to them. I brought photos of the condition, and they sent their measurer/installer, David. He took extensive measurements (2 trips) and made a suggestion that instead of hanging with drapery hooks, they use velcro. This will enable them to be completely removed prior to maintenance, It took several months to fabricate the intricate design, but the result is outstanding! Then we gave them the money. HOWEVER, he NEVER showed up. Even we have scheduled an appointment and my husband took half day off and waited for him, but he cancelled in the last minute. The staff is so rude and curtain looks so cheap but cost thousand of dollars! NEVER EVER choose this design company!
