Completely messed up my nails. Rushed and crooked. They made fun of my toe nails, saying they were small and kept putting the tips on crooked and blaming me that I "have crooked fingers". She left they hairs from the nail brush and just painted over it. They also ignored me when I told the lady doing my nails that I'm allergic to strawberry scents and she still put strawberry cuticle oil on my hands. The smell gave me a headache. read more

I have been visiting different Nail Salons for a while now, trying to find one that I fall in love with. Last night I tried to find a nail salon that was open later, has good prices, and nice people who actually care about how my nails and other services turn out. I came here out of curiousity and wound up LOVING it! I needed a refill badly, the last time I got a full set was around Christmas time. My nails were about half way grown up my natural nails. The moment I walked in a few people asked what I wanted done. This sweet, funny woman took me to refill my nails. She took her time and was very obsessive over every detail and aspect of my nails. Overall, this woman took such care over my nails in every singular way. They do many services as well. At the end of my service, it was about closing time and the woman continued to be meticulous even well after they officially closed. When I was finished I asked the womans name. A younger woman who was there as well let me stay inside until I was picked up and talked to me for a little bit and even gave me a stamp discount card. So overall, I will definitely be returning many more times. read more

I don't like to put bad reviews but I think I have to, after my first time at Liberty Nail. I really had a great time, April took good care of me, we talked, I really enjoyed my little moment there. I got gel polish on my hands and my feet, and that's where I am really disappointed... I lost the gel on 2 of my toes and I am starting seeing bubbles on my finger nails. I went to Liberty Nail two days ago... JUST TWO DAYS. I don't if it's the product quality or... I don't know. But anyway, the result is there, I lost my money. I have been going to Liberty Nails since 2007. I've definitely been a loyal customer. I went to a different nail salon two times just to try it out but I immediately went back to Liberty Nails and I plan on sticking with them from now on. The salon in general I absolutely love. They have great prices and the location is convenient for me. I have always been impressed by their massive nail color selection (both regular polish and gel polish) and they also will do gel polish on toes. A lot of salons will not do gel on toes because they know it will last longer and they want you to have to come back more often but Liberty Nails is honest and they really just want to do the best work for you. They want your polish to last for a while and stay shiny for as long as possible. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work... I always leave a very happy customer. I have also gotten my eyebrows done here a few times and I was very happy with that service as well. I actually go to a spa for other waxing so one time I tried to get my brows done there but I wasn't as happy with them as I was at Liberty so I never did that again. They do have hot rocks and warm towels to go with their pedis if that's what you're into. They also have paraffin wax and I have seen them do mani/pedis for children if you want to take your daughter out for a special treat. Now, when it comes to nail technicians-- I did a walk in in May 2016 and I was lucky enough to have gotten Debbie as a nail technician. Debbie is soo awesome! She's creative, extremely skilled, very easy to talk to and she definitely knows what she's doing. I have never been disappointed with Debbie's work and I always receive tons of compliments after I get my mani/pedi done. I have seen Debbie three other times since and I plan on seeing her a lot more in the future... she's my #1 choice. She is so popular that you really need to book an appointment if you want to give her a try... trust me, SHE IS WORTH IT! She is such a perfectionist and I love that... she wants to make sure you are happy and that your nails look amazing. You will see why she is so popular once you give her a shot. You will NOT be disappointed. One time I went in there a woman booked an appointment so she could take pictures of Debbie's work and post them on her nail Instagram-- seriously!? This woman is impressive!! Go check her out!! In the past, I have also had Tina do my manicure and pedicure before... she is wonderful too. I know my sister has also used Tina in the past and she really liked her as well. Both Debbie and Tina are very sweet women and a pleasure to talk to. I really enjoy the time that I am in there. I think Liberty Nails is very clean looking and modern. It's definitely not like a snooty spa-type atmosphere... it has a more laid back feel to it but it's still nice in there. If you're looking for QUALITY though, that is where Liberty Nails rocks hands down. To me, quality of the work is more important than how many expensive decorations there are. I will always go to Liberty Nails and I will always recommend them. If you are looking for a nail salon in the area, I think you should try them out. I personally have never had any issues with any of the workers there... I have found them all to be very nice and I have always left a happy, satisfied customer. read more

I went to this place to get my nails done for vacation and the service was good but i sometimes do my own nails at home for practice but i know how to do nails and at that nail salon they have different stations for everything so i first went in there it was a little 2 minute wait then they put me to this man and he put the nail tips on it went good till he got to my right hand ring finger he put the nail tip on he sees its crooked and tries to fix it but leaves it and he moved on to finish the length and stuff mind you hes cutting my nail tips with rusty scissors till he found a nail clipper then i say something to him about how my nail is crooked and he says it's going to get better when acrylic is applied then I brushed it off because I was so fed up at that point then I go to a lady she's so nice, and she treat me good. I told her that my nail is crooked, and I don't think she heard me, but she proceeded to put acrylic on my nail and paint them. When she's done, I tell her my nail is crooked again. Then she proceeds to file it to make it straight and she got done filing my nails, and it was still crooked and I told her it was still crooked, and she said that that was just my finger in the way my finger was formed but overall, my experience was good and I also got a pedicure and that went good!!!! read more

Literally the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever had in my entire life. They cut my nails, filed them, and painted them and called it a pedicure/manicure... Also, I get shellac on my nails and they had no idea that they are dried under the uv lights or that it uses a special base/top coat... The staff was also ignorant/rude beyond words. This place should be shut down. I went one time with my friend who lives in the NE, and I didn't want to pick her up and drive her back down to my house. Because of them, I now have terrible, messed up nails. Firstly, their fullsets start at $20-25, where as around me they're $16-18. The girl who did my nails started gluing the nail to my actual SKIN. I tell her this and she tells me "It will come off." I'm like wtf is this. All designs I was asking for, she had no idea what they are or how to do them. So I ended up getting all pink, and one silver. They were uneven. My fingers were bleeding at the end of this. It was so awful. When I pointed it out she continue saying it'll come off, and rushed me out since they were about to close in 15 more mins. Also, here I am now 2+weeks since I had the full set removed and my nails are still growing back because they had to cut them off so low, since it was stuck to my SKIN and I was almost crying in pain. Debbie is awesome! I'm very particular about my nails and she did a fantastic job. She was confident, quick, and detail oriented.

They speak there language in front of the customers which is not very professional. The service is okay. One day I went there to refill my nails. I paid $15.00 and gave $5.00 tip with my credit card which comes to $20.00. The worker, unfortunately I don't know her name, charged me $24.00. I found out that when I checked my credit card information online. $4.00 it is not a big money but the fact that they do such things makes me feel angry. I consider that is STEALING. read more
