Double sausage with egg and cheese

Wow!! Just amazing Sausage!! I had the breakfast one with egg and cheese and then got one to go with peppers and onions!! Delicious!!

That serious is some of the best breakfast sausage I've ever had!

Ok so like wow that was super legit on sooooo many levels with each tasty bite your totally going to be left wanting more even though your full and already had what was totally scrumptious in soo many ways! So in the middle Delaware you find a totally random Sausage House that has pretty much one of the best breakfast sausages you've ever had as they are totally doing it right so much so that you can tell it's very well known to the locals as wile you chill in your car and enjoy you see them keep coming and coming to get done before they sell out for the day! So let's break it down as it's just a sausage sandwich but then again it's not as it's packed with flavor the sausage has a very good flavor to it that's enjoyable to the end with a snap of the skin with each tasty bite that seems to be better than the last one as this time you managed to get some of the egg with it that seems to hide under the two good sized delicious sausage links inside that wonderful roll that just makes the whole sausage sandwich just right tell the end! Like really this simple delicious breakfast was beyond good so much so that if your in the area you must stop so Yelp Family do yourself a favor and add them to your bookmarks because they are doing it right in soo many ways! Overall I don't really know when I'll be making it back to Delaware again but when and if I do I totally know where to get a delicious food sized and priced breakfast that's really hard to beat! With that said I totally hope to make it back here again at some point as that sausage speaks for itself in both flavor and did i say deliciousness?

Would you drive by a small business made out of cinder blocks sitting in the middle of nowhere?? Cinder blocks.... I thought not!! This tiny sausage, sandwich, and breakfast house is my kind of place... I'm always glad to see a place like this continue to thrive while the rest of the rest of the world craves a sleek, modern looking place that serves processed crap.. Helen's is about as affordable and simplistic as can be. The sausage sandwiches are huge.. I haven't tried any of their other meals, even though my mind was telling me to order what I know I wouldn't have been able to eat. A few small tables and a counter to order is all you'll find inside this place. In short, you'll be eating your meal in your car... But you'll be pleased with your accommodations. I only wish that there was a place like this near where I live.

Best breakfast sandwiches on the east coast, the secret is freshly made sausage less then a mile from the restaurant. Enjoy!

The decor and music choices marry the Latin-inspired cuisine with a classic Rehoboth east-coast beach sensibility. I was made to feel warm (at heart, they still have AC to keep ya cool) and welcome. The highlight was the service. The man (I believe the owner himself) was the cheeriest and kindest man I've met all week. He encouraged all of our choices and offered us to try the delicious beverages (tamarind was my favorite!) Food was served quickly and with a smile. I was very satisfied even though I must admit I kept my choice pretty standard with the Little Missionary. While just a footlong with mayo, ketchup, and mustard, it really hit the spot when I just wanted more of a plain hot dog. My friends got the Little German and Little Cock which were coated in all manner of ingredients. My friends were so content, they got another dog to go. The menu offers breakfast sammies and dogs (Egg and Cheese; Bacon, Egg and Cheese; Sausage, Egg, and Cheese; Hot Sausage, Egg and Cheese; and, Kielbasa, Egg and Cheese), and Dietz & Watson dogs (hot dogs, hot sausages, kielbasas, and meatballs). They also have cheesesteaks, fries, cheese fries, and chili cheese fries. We tried the regular hot dog and the hot sausage; the regular hot dog had a weird pale color to it, so even after topping it with some diced onions, it was tossed. The hot sausage was enjoyed by the hubs, and he said it was spicy and had good flavor. There's a condiment table in the front, but most were out and needed to be refilled (ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions). The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, and there were a couple of picnic tables set up for those who wanted to eat right there. Patty Melt (Pictured) - Patty tasted like a frozen hamburger that was overcooked. Hard like a hockey puck. Chicken Sandwich - Chicken was well cooked, but sandwich was nothing special, per my party. Brisket Cheesesteak - Person who ordered it felt it was nothing to write home about, and "wasn't worth the $16" Ordered combos but sides of chips were missing from bag. Location is in a strip mall with a few other eateries and stores . It was alot going on. As mentioned it was a Saturday and many patrons were coming in to order takeout or picking up orders. It was their 5th anniversary of the business opening. There was a DJ and a podcaster, videographer and cameraman onsite doing a food review. There was also a toy drive and if you brought a toy you got to spin a wheel to win a prize. The establishment is small so with the DJ and podcaster/ entourage and the toy drive there was not much seating available. The wait was extremely long. I had to ask an employee to check my order status twice each time she never came back with update. We were there for about an hour. I saw an order come up waited about 15 min then asked them to check if that was my order and it was. The food was not hot, they didn't give me the signature sauce that came with my order. The strawberry lemonade was delicious, the wings were decent, the fish sandwich and fish platter both looked amazing but was just OK. Didn't care for the sweet potato fries. I truly think it was because the food wasn't hot and the fries had wilted. The set up inside is a bit off with the ordering kiosk right in front of bar stool seating. The kiosk should probably be in the corner on the right side when you first walk in. Away from where folks sit and eat. It's distracting when you're sitting at a stool and the line is long with folks ordering and waiting for take out orders. I would try them again but on a day when there isn't so much going on to get the real experience of the quality of food. I ordered a fish platter, 10 wings, sweet potato fries , strawberry lemonade and a small fountain drink. My friend ordered the fish sandwich, fried shrimp platter and two can sodas.

For a family-owned spot, I didn't feel that warm, welcoming vibe, and after reading the owner's responses to reviews, I wasn't thrilled.
