Not only was the boutique cute we met a wonderful woman by the name of Suzy's who was so fun and we had a great conversation about EVERYTHING!!! Would come back anytime just to talk to her! There's also a cute cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, salads, coffee, smoothies and more! Not a fan of the food but we have very high standards.

I'm so glad I took the recommendation. First and foremost, downtown Miami is nothing like it was over 10 years ago. The transformation is incredible. The skyline is filled with stunning high-rise buildings, beautiful hotels, clean streets, and the entire area feels modern, upscale, and safe. It's immaculate and a completely different vibe from South Beach. After visiting, I can honestly say my next trip to Miami will likely be centered around Brickell instead. As for Brickell City Centre itself, it's an impressive, world-class shopping destination. The mall is beautifully designed, spotless, and home to just about every luxury and popular retail brand you can think of. The selection of shops and restaurants is excellent. Most of the dining options are located on the upper level, although you'll find additional restaurants scattered throughout the mall. The open-air design, connected by escalators, makes it easy to navigate, and there's even a movie theater on the top floor. The center is divided into the East and North Blocks, which are well connected. My only complaint was getting an Uber after my visit. Finding the mall was easy, but getting picked up was another story. I waited over 15 minutes because the app repeatedly directed my driver to a different pickup location. I was standing outside the East Block near the Nespresso boutique, yet my driver kept being routed toward the North Block near Bally. If you're planning to use Uber or Lyft, allow yourself some extra time and double-check the designated pickup location before requesting your ride. Other than that minor inconvenience, Brickell City Centre exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami.

The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.

I loved the walkability of the area and its local gelato shop and cigar lounge. It's a reasonably short walk from Española Way to Lincoln Road and to the actual beach. It is a short strip with a stoney road that extends for about two short blocks. It has a beautifully lit ambiance at night. Yet, there is so much more of Miami Beach to see and there are areas that hold more diversity.

The store have a nice collection of shoes, accessories and clothing plus they also have their own brand of frozen treats. Remarkably, it has gotten worse, if that is possible, since my one star review 8 years ago! How about starting again from scratch! I live nearby and since the start this building was always pedestrian unfriendly. It has only, for instance, a single handicap access elevator to reach the 2nd floor where 2 elevators are sometimes working, sometimes not working, to get to the retail stores. If you want to walk from Best Buy or TJ Max to Publix, good luck dodging between cars in the garage. Waiting for a while for the elevators that don't show numbers or never seem to arrive, well good luck on the gross stair cases which seem to double as a local garbage dump and bathroom. Whoever owns this building is getting good rents, I'm sure, from the large retail chains that are its commercial tenants. But why don't they spend a penny on upkeep, try to fix the peeling paint, the oil spots in the garage that serve as giant slipping pools, the broken elevators as a starter? They obviously don't care. Maybe they think people will drive here only, but South Beach is also wonderful for those of us who live here because it is great to be a pedestrian. Until you try and navigate this place. On my last visit, this week, check out the broken elevators and escalator. There was NO way to get around. Just crazy. (I'd give zero stars if possible, but Yelp requires at least one star)

It is often impossible to get from Total Wines on 3 to Publix at ground without walking across a long parking garage and then down three flights in a sometimes smelly -- you know why! -- stairwell. Or if the elevators are working a change at 2 is required. Bizarre. Sometimes I relocate the car from 3 to 2 if I have a case of wine or a lot of groceries. Or leave and go to another Publix store. I NEVER buy anything heavy at Petco.

I was later told that the order had been shipped and delivered, but I never received it. I strongly believe the package was stolen. A few days later, I contacted ZARA to explain the situation. Their only response was that delivery was confirmed with the shipping company and there was nothing else they could do. In today's world, porch theft is very common, and many companies work with their customers to replace stolen merchandise. Unfortunately, ZARA does not. Because of this experience, I will never order online from this company again.

Just keep in mind parking can get pricey, starting around $7 an hour. Street parking is cheaper (about $5), but it can be a bit confusing.
