The storefront is a bit confusing to find if you haven't been before because their suite is located inside an office area. You have to pass a set of glass doors and then turn a corner to get to their shop. If the door is closed, just call the number on the door and they'll let you in. When I dropped off my tops, I talked to an employee who noted down my design and information. I ended up paying $15 per top which I believe is quite reasonable. Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind. She told about how her shop supports individuals with special needs which I think is great. Would highly recommend!

Paid $629.39, got nothing…read more I hope you read this review before ordering from U-Brand, and avoid my mistake of believing that Peter has the client's best interest in mind. Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.

When it came time to order graduation stoles, I knew exactly who to go to. I needed 12 graduation stoles embroidered, each with different wording. Although his shop is small and tucked away off the side of the road, don't let that fool you. Cam is incredibly genuine, detail-oriented, and takes pride in his work. He asked plenty of questions to make sure he fully understood what I wanted and even created a quick mock-up when I dropped off the stoles so we could visualize the final product. During the embroidery process, he also called to confirm the wording and placement one last time to ensure everything came out exactly as I envisioned. His turnaround time was quick, and he called as soon as everything was ready for pickup. I would recommend bringing your stoles to him as early as possible during graduation season since he has many orders to complete. I paid half upfront when dropping off the stoles and the remaining balance when I picked them up. The embroidery only costed me between $12-20 per stole depending on what was embroidered. The embroidery itself was excellent. The stitching was clean, professional, and didn't warp or distort the fabric at all. Even the backing was trimmed neatly, so it wasn't uncomfortable to wear. Overall, I highly recommend Cam's embroidery services, especially for graduation stoles. He's located just a couple of miles from the SJSU campus, making him a convenient option for students looking for high-quality custom stoles at about a fraction of the price of what the university charges.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

He said to come on over. Well, on the same day he called to say it was done and ready for pick up. Wow!! It's not like the $250 ones they sell that are probably better but this is more suitable for me as I only go to about 2-3 games a year.
