All the fine details in our artwork came out well. And then I felt the actual ink - very very smooth. Prices are reasonable, especially the rush charge for quick turnaround. Katelyn was really pleasant and easy to work with, and responded very quickly to emails. All quotes are done online now, and there is a 24-shirt minimum. I have been doing business with Stitch N Ink for the past 2 years and believe I know enough to give a knowledgable opinion about them. I do not come with the opinion of one job​ but have had several print jobs done by them. I can attest to both their quality and consistency in screen printing. I worked with another printer in the past, but they lacked the same quality SNI has produced. To give an example, my previous printer screen printed on black shirts using white ink. The results looked fine, except after a few days, the ink started turning blue. I could not sell the ones that turned blue for obvious reasons. Apparently,​ the ink degraded. I never had problems like this with SNI. Quality alone has given me reason enough to stick with Stitch N Ink exclusively for all screen printing needs. I recently got to meet Ellie who works the front desk, manages orders, and other important administrative work. I had a long list of demands but Ellie was on top of it and fulfilled every need. Thomas who is the owner is great, and all the employees are genuine and respectful. Therefore, I highly recommend them. I HIGHLY would NOT recommend coming here if you are doing new business or whatever. As the owner (Thomas) watched me walk in, I stood there for a few minutes in front of an employee who was on the computer that didnt even acknowdge me. After calling for the person, I asked for Thomas and I had to ask him to grab him. I get printing is an non-stop process and it was busy and taking a break can stop the flow however there is something called CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want HORRIBLE service come here. Simple. Great place to get personalized products made for a great price. Been going here for about 3 years and I have had excellent service from the staff and owner. There was only one instance where they printed my club logo on my provided tablecloth at the very bottom but was able to get it reprinted on the reverse side at no cost. And it came out right where I wanted it. I also got my aisle runner for my wedding printed and it turned out amazing. Worked with Thomas and we were able to settle on size of the wording and price of the job. I cannot wait to see it as I walk down the aisle in a couple months. I decided to try out Stitch N Ink, after having a bit of a bad experience at another shop. I found them on Yelp and noticed their amazing reviews. I gave them a call and was helped by Johnny. He was SO helpful, I got quote in no time which may not seem like a big deal but considering how complicated our business logo is...it was a HUGE deal for us. We made the arrangements and I dropped off the sweaters (another BIG plus, not a lot of shops let you bring in your own sweaters). In a week, we had the sweaters back and looking AMAZING...I had no idea that Johnny was going to put in SO much detail into the logo on the sweater because every other shop I called said it couldn't be done.
