He told me that the nylon used would not work and would probably damage the equipment since it was too thick, but was very helpful in trying to locate a place that could accommodate me. Jon and his team are great! I first found out about this place through yelp so I decided to check it out. This place has really met my needs in stitching/embroidery for sure! As I came in the store/office the staff was super nice and greeted me. At that time I was unable to meet Jon him self, but his staff definitely helped me with what I needed. I got a crew neck sweater from them and had embroidery done on it. There is a wide variety of sweater, shirt, you can choose from in the catalog and they would be more then happy to help you get those, or you can bring your own items in for them to work on. They took my order with no problems and made sure every detail on there was correct. It took about two weeks to get the order done which is average time for any stitching place. The finished product looked great and was what I wanted. The embroidery it self was about $10-12 dollar I believe. It was about 1.5 inches in height and about 12 inches across the mid back. The stitching is clean and neat! Jon was very helpful in my next inquiry for my next project hopefully it'll turn out just as my current sweater did! read more

The quality of the shirts are pretty good. We just got our first order of printed t shirts. The shirts came just as we expected it too and it looked pretty good. Got to wash it a few times to truly test the quality, but so far, it looks pretty good. A few down side to this order. We were quoted a certain price, but we were not told of the design fee until after the order was placed. Due to how badly we need the shirts, we didn't want to argue and paid for the design fee. We were quoted 5-7 days to get this order. This order was extremely time sensitive, one of the major factors we chose this place was because of the time they quoted us. I was told to come pick up the order on Friday before 5:30PM (closing time). I had to leave work a little earlier to drive here. Around 5, I was told the order was not finished and it would take another hour or hour and a half. The man assured me that he would be there after hours to give me the shirts. When I came back an hour and a half later, one shirt was printed a little off. So 1 our of 40 shirts was messed up, it looked ok, but it didn't match the other shirts. The man was nice and he didn't charge us for the messed up shirt. Luckily, it turned out one person didn't want the shirt any more, so it kind of worked out. He also promised to give me a discount on my next order due to the misprinted shirt. Tip: Make sure the final prize is negotiated first before making an order. Just in case if there was any surprise fees you are not aware of. Getting a hard copy of the quote is better than a verbal agreement. I give it 4 stars because the quality is pretty good and the guy compliment us for the mistakes. read more

He listens to your needs and will work with you to meet them. He can work with any Artwork you bring to him or he can design something to meet your needs. I initially brought John 4 shirts to have first names embroidered. Short notice, small order. He got them done and his price was what i expected considering the quick turn around and low volumn. John also worked with me to design a new Golf Club Logo to apply on 80 golf towels. I gave John the specifics i wanted on the design and gave him a time frame I wanted to see the design. John was able to deliver on what i gave him and allowed me to assist when I wanted something specific woven into the artwork. Jon and his team are great! I went to them as I needed an embroidery order and most places turned me down because my order was "too small" / "not worth our time" (10 items or so). I have a small private business and needed some items I could wear and some for a few of my clients. Jon took my order without any issue - and the products came out great! I did a few jackets, vests, and polo shirts. I've used Port Authority apparel before & like the quality - so did that again. They hold up well to washing and daily life. Jon was able to convert my logo (which I did in Publisher) easily into their embroidery software and found excellently-matching thread colors. I got to see an embroidered sample prior to their running the actual items - which was helpful & allowed us to adjust sizing a bit to make sure it would look right on the items. Everyone there was very friendly and quick to help me. the place is easy to find and close to my work (yay!). SitchTech did my letters and were very impressive in their customer service. I brought in my jacket and precut letters, which were too small for the machines at SitchTech. They told me to ship them the fabric and they would redo the letters. Fast forward three months when I thought the fabric had arrived and wasn't sure why no one had called me. I called them up and asked, they spent a good half hour looking for the package (which ended up lost somewhere in the mail to the best of my knowledge) but when they couldn't find it the owner personally made sure to get the letters they did have sitched on! They did a great job with the embroidery and then shipped the jacket down to me in San Diego without charging me for the shipping. I would highly recommend them, great owners and really personal service! read more

I have been here twice for embroidered aprons. They do a wonderful job at a reasonable price. The owner helped me pick out designs and the color choices were splendid. I am actually very disappointed in Stitchtech, because they did a bang up job for me in the past, but recently their service has been hit and miss. Last year they custom embroidered a shooting vest for me (I'm a competitive skeet shooter). They even went out of their way to copy my Browning logo onto the back! Recently I contacted the Connells to quote some embroidery for some company hats and polo shorts. A pretty big order! After (3) phone calls and (2) complete and detailed emails to them, PLUS (2) actual phone conversations with actual employees, NOBODY would return my calls or emails. WTH? A company NEEDS to be attentive to all customers, and not forget them or their requests. So... after about 1 1/2 weeks of no response, they FINALLY contacted me with pricing. I have no idea why they never responded to me for over a week, but all I can think of is that every business slips up now and then. So I am giving them another chance to make me a happy customer. I'm not happy that I had to wait almost two weeks, JUST to get a response. But I will revise my review once I get a sense of how they handle my next order... read more

I received a response the same day (that is a plus in my book). Then I dropped off the shirts on my lunch break a few days later and requested a pick-up time that was convenient for me and John and his crew made it happen. I've not written a review before, but I was remarkably underwhelmed by this company and just thought that people who need specific, non-cookie-cutter projects done should know of my experience. I had visited his competitor and was not happy with their rigid response to the custom embroidery we were looking for. So, I called John after reading the positive reviews here, and talked to him about our needs . He said he could handle our order without any problem. Following our call, I sent a very specific email (including photos and scanned images) recapping our discussion and reviewing our requirements. Since then, zero phone calls and zero emails back. Silence. I re-emailed asking if he received the initial info. Again, zero response. So, if you have a tricky job with schedule constraints, the message we received from John was that you need to take it somewhere else. He can't be bothered with it, and he can't be bothered to respond. Heck of a way to run a business. read more
