The staff at the front desk could not have been more professional and friendly when I checked in and only had to wait just a few minutes for Charlene, my masseuse to be ready. The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. She stretched my problem areas, really worked through the tightness and stiffness in my entire body, focusing on the injured leg. They ignore her completely and schedule her with the only male there. When she arrives the key lock entry is broken and she can't get in. Since there is no phone she just has to wait for someone. When she finds out the masseuse is male, instead of apologizing to her, the supervisor says "His hands are bigger so he will do a better job." What?! They have no idea what trauma my mom might have been through with a male. They pressure her (and bring the guy in the room I might add). There is absolutely nothing "therapeutic" about this place.
