They have candy out for guests, a beautiful clean lobby, and a refreshing hot teas available. 3. plenty of free parking in a shared retail center Service: 90 min head spa. This blew me away. Extensive service included a facial experience, head/neck/décolletage/arms massage. Oils, masks, serums on the face. Soothing eye masks. Hot towels. Shampoo and head massage. It all felt gloriously decadent. Lily and Jenny provided the service to my friend and me. We cannot wait to return!!! The lobby has awesome stand up flowers. I would like to know where to get those - they are so cool and would look great in my daughters room please help me out with this Bailey lol

It was my first time in an Head Spa. Lili was incredibile. I scheduled the 90 minutes treatment. I was aware the whole time, but I think I kept coming in and out of a deep meditative state, as I was experiencing dreams. I can't believe how silky, and smooth, my skin and my hairs are! The whole location is beautiful and I felt relaxed just by getting in. I also shared with Lili that I saw the advertisement on Instagram and since Sunday is my birthday I decided to treat myself. I will definitely coming back. To me it has been the perfect mix between a massage and a day in a Hot Springs Spa.

My girls and I had the best time at Hello Bailey, perfect for a mother daughter time! My husband tagged along to keep my two girls company in their room while I had my own room. We felt so pampered and enjoyed our unique head massage! The girls had a tailored 60 min experience with a face mask and I had a delightful 60 min relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. The water portion of the head massage was just what I needed! It adds an extra layer of a regular massage! Afterwards, we went to get a hair dry! The staff were amazing and we felt the love! We will come back again!

I came here with a girlfriend to celebrate Mother's Day early and we were truly pampered! The place is super cute and kawaii with lots of pink and hello kitty theme. We got the 120 minute headspa treatment and we felt so relaxed every step of the way. We loved all the products they used, everything smelled so good. We especially loved the tea tree scalp treatment that made our scalp all tingly. The service is amazing and I like that they have a referral and point system so we can earn points towards another treatment.

Sensational experience! First time here, and first time ever getting an indulgence scalp and head treatment. I didn't know what to expect coming here. From start to finish, I was in awe of this beautiful place! Hello Bailey deserves ALL Yelpers attention! This beyond beautiful place that oozes cuteness, delights and seriously calms your senses. You want a scalp treatment, you go here! On their website, it details the steps on what you get for each treatment they offer. I received the $200 treatment. What I got was a heavenly dose of relaxation of the scalp! My favorite part.... The minty/menthol scalp scrub that truly made my scalp tingle. It was tingling and stimulating, which I obviously needed. I highly suggest this treatment, 2 days before hair coloring appointments. By the end of my long 2 hour appointment, my scalp and hair strands felt so clean and detoxifying. For the quality of service, I felt that the $200 was worth the price, for this luxurious scalp/hair treatment! Perfect as a gift for someone that has everything, or for yourself! Was it worth it, HELL YEAH! Would I return???? Most definitely! Excellent customer service! Shoutout to Tina! She was amazing! This treatment was extremely labor intensive, so of course, I tipped her! My suggestions before you arrive for your appointment..... do NOT wear makeup!!! Not a stitch of makeup, and come in totally relaxed attire. You'll thank me later on that one, so trust me on this. You'll be given a silky gown in your treatment room, before you begin. Bring cash for tips or you can Venmo your attendant, for your convenience. I really enjoyed my first time at Hello Bailey. And yes, I am impressed! Good job and thank you, Tina! Great service!!!! I loved it!!! Very relaxing and better than the places I have been in Westminster area. My hair looks amazing! They do an arm massage instead of having your arms in a massager. Had no idea how this was going to be as I have never heard of a place focused on hair massages... my friend and I went for our birthdays and such an amazing treat! You walk in and it's decorated so cute, like pink girly theme. We chose the 90 minute package, they did everything from shampoo, conditioner, scalp massages, mask for your face, and neck, arm and shoulder massages. It was amazing! No words can describe how happy I found hello Bailey. I used to drive out to Anaheim or garden grove to get this type head spa service. Today was my first visit with Vi and the moment I stepped in I knew this was going to live up to all my expectations. Vi was so kind and had great customer service. Her skills in the scalp massage was amazing I think I fell asleep cause it was just that good I got to relax and just no thinking about anything. Which was exactly what I needed. I booked the 2 hrs head spa and bought the 4 session package which came out to be $162 per visit before tip. The parking is free and they do have a bathroom available as well. I know it's a bit hard to find them at first since it's hidden in the corner between LA fitness and HR Block. Note that for headspa they will be giving you a facial massage so I would recommend don't wear make up. Also top clothing removal will be required since they need to massage your neck and shoulder. You have the option to keep bra on or remove but they give you a very nice body wrap to cover yourself. You remove your shoes but keep your bottoms on since it's only upper body they will be massaging. Credit cards are accepted too! And I personally tip via cash Booking super easy you can do it online or call them directly My friend had Christine and enjoyed her experience with her. Give this place a try if you're looking to unwind and have a treat yourself kind of day. For sure I will be back again! read more

Vi provided a really exceptional service! It was my first time visiting a head spa and I really enjoyed it. Began with a scalp massage and hair wash before moving onto a shoulder and neck massage then a facial and hand massage and ended with a hair blowout. I didn't realize until I got in the car that that she went past my appointment time which I really appreciated. It was extremely relaxing and felt like the ultimate self care experience. My husband bought me a 60 min head spa session booked with Lily. Other staff greeted me in the lobby and were very friendly. From the time Lily took me back to the time she walked me out the door, I felt that I was in great hands. The scalp scrub/massage was so good and the shoulder, neck, arms and hands massage was the best I have had. I felt truly relaxed and comfortable. My hair is tangly and I am 3 months postpartum so my hair is falling out but Lily never complained and made me feel comfortable. Sweet staff and amazing massage services. Came for their 90 minute head spa treatment and had an amazing experience! For $140 it includes: -Dry scalp massage -Facial cleansing/massage/mask -Shampoo and conditioner -Arm/neck/shoulder massage -Dyson blowout It was so relaxing from start to finish, I fell asleep a few times. The employees were so friendly as well and made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely worth splurging every once in awhile to spoil yourself or a loved one. I'll be back! read more

Called to see if there were any last minute appointments and quickly received a text back with one available. I had a gift certificate (should out to Andrea!) who has been before and loved it. She was right, this was amazing. I had the 90-min service with Vi and it was fantastic. Full facial, arm, shoulder, neck and upper back massage along with a scalp massage and cleanse. And I mean cleanse. I'm sure there was more but I was zoned out. She followed up the service wi the a drying my hair. I have curly hair and she did a blow out using the Dyson dryer. The service says 80-90% dry. I wasn't expecting a blow out. I'm a fan! Thanks, Vi! read more

Omg I'm so happy I found Hello Bailey in time for my birthday weekend! I used to drive to Westminster and Garden Grove to get headspa's but Hello Bailey is by far my favorite. They got the techniques down, the pressure of the massage was perfect, the hair products smelled amazing, the ambience is perfection. Book Jenny she is heaven sent! Just WOW. When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. I loved my lashes at the end and they fit my eye perfectly! Aileen was an amazing lash tech! This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. I would come again and prices are so affordable!

There was barely any difference from my natural lashes. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere.

I did not know what to expect when I booked my first appointment with Michelle. She explained the procedure and different lash types and made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure. This was several months ago and I have now become a repeat customer. I get the Classic lash set and after each visit just love how my lashes look. Michelle does an excellent job and I could not be any happier to have found her. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
