The lady doing the threading also sanitizes her hands in front of you before she begins. The only problem I had was finding the location. After lots of driving around and going in circles I found out that they are located inside the Indoor Swap Meet. Be prepared, the security guard will NOT let you in unless you are wearing a mask!
