I watched this place be built and thought to myself "great ANOTHER car wash" - however I have NO SHAME saying I ate those words today as this car wash isn't like the others. So I drove up, was greeted and she didn't make me feel like I needed to go up although my car was a HOT mess covered in bugs from a recent trip to Austin. She did ask me if I wanted to pay the extra $5 for tire shine however I politely declined. As I'm writing this I also realized that I didn't ask if they towel dry with that tire shine or what but I'll find out on my next trip. Get to the drive through, the guy guides me to turn my wheel (left, right, right - you know the deal) however I rolled my window down and yelled "hey, can you spray or scrub to loosen up the bugs?" He has me pull back a little and proceeds to spray down my car and scrub my hood and spray again and scrub again (what can I say, lots of bugs) and then sent me on my way. Now this isn't a bunch of heavy ropes slapping your car, it was brushes and at the end it wasn't air that felt like a tornado was coming but more like a big rag that rolled over your car. I go to vacuum out my car and a guy comes over and asks, did all the bugs come off to which I tell him "no" and he says I'll be right back. In my mind they were gonna send me back through the wash again however he comes back and wipes the spots the bugs didn't come off at. (Oh, he has my attention!) Another guy comes over and asks why I didn't get the tire shine and I explained and he says mind if wipe your rims off as a courtesy (why, yes please!). Overall I left feeling like this was one of the better washes my car has had in a long time (I used to have a guy who did hand washes for the same price but you know, inflation). I will definitely be back, I'm looking at the monthly plans AND they informed me that they have someone who will wipe out the inside of your car and vacuum (for an additional charge of course). I wanted to get my car all pretty for the work week now that the rain seems done for a while. One thing that I haven't seen before, and I like this a lot, is that you don't pull your two left tires into a metal track. You just pull in on the Jetson's like conveyor belt or like the grocery store cashier's conveyor belt if you get the idea. Put your car in neutral and let the magic happen. It's pretty cool. But if you want your car to come out all shiny and pretty you apparently have to come off $20 for their best car wash. I didn't. I got out and walked all around my car and so much was missed. Used to come here regularly, but the wash leaves a crazy amount of water and some soap on the car after you exit. You either need to spend time cleaning it yourself after or pay for a hand dry. Horrible Experience!! while nearing my exit on the conveyor belt for some reason there was a car in front of me that was stopped at the exit. While on the conveyor belt my car still kept moving on so I tried to reverse at first to avoid the collision. However, there were other cars behind me too so I couldn't reverse so my car kept moving forward with no way for me to stop it. I ended up rear-ending the customer in front of me. Of course, we were okay physically, however, there was some damage done to my vehicle but not his. We went to Deluxe staff but they said it wasn't their fault because the driver in front of me had his parking brakes on so that's why he didn't move which caused me to hit him from behind at the exit. So Deluxe Car wash didn't want to take responsibility and blames the customer in front of me for having his parking brakes on. The customer in front me doesn't want to take responsibility either even though he was the one that was braked at the exit because he believes it was the car wash conveyor belt that caused him to be stuck. read more

I have an older truck and stopped here for a wash. The people are awesome. Managers Reveley and Robert take time to talk and ask how everything looks and do it with a smile. Eric, a team member was a great help, cleaned my rims and tires to a shine. They support veterans so come on and support them. They do an excellent job. The conveyor belt is not safe. A car in front of me stalled and as it was supposed to drive away, it could not. The conveyance kept pushing my car into the car that had stalled. No safety mechanism prevented this. I will not go back. Also, not having workers to hand dry your car and apply tire shine is disappointing. It is a shame because we need services like this in our neighborhood. I go to Carnation Auto Spa - even though it is further away it is worth the drive. One thing I really like is that your car is basically rolling on a mat instead of being guided by a metal bar on the ground this is great if you have nice rims to avoid damage. I'm still confused why my truck didn't get dried at the end tho because I previously washed my wife's car and it got dried at the end , came back same day , paid for the same car wash yet my truck didn't get dried. read more

Hello Car Wash was a success! It moved just a mile away from my home and I'm so happy to have a membership here and get free but not so free (since I pay membership) car washes whenever! It's basically free. If each car wash cost 10-12 dollars then paying $30 for 2 cars a month for unlimited car washes is a great deal! Anyways, all the staff is super friendly. The girls and guys work together. You always see everyone smile and have their game faces on. The team is always so willing to help or answer any questions from any customer. They do a great job every time I go. Now I need to remember to start bringing cash to tip them better. You guys should have QR code that customers can scan to send money directly to a team member or allow the team member to have a cashapp, Venmo, or Apple Pay username on the back of their phone so I can just skip the money and pay directly to them. Brought my car in and got the $20 wash, which I thought the sign said came with the hand wipe-down and tire treatment. If it didn't it say that, it was misleading then. After I went through I noticed my antenna was gone (the place I usually go to take it off for me) and the guy said they were out of towels and if I waited a few minutes they would have more. I parked to look at my antenna. I stopped a manager walking by and he said they can't do anything about the antenna and that the wipe down was $5 extra, which didn't make sense. My car received an ugly scratch after going through the car wash on 1/30/2022. My car is brand new and so new scratches are very noticeable. I spoke the manager on duty that night and when he reviewed the cameras. Robert agreed that the scratch was not present prior to getting the car wash. A report was made and I was told that they would follow up in 48 hours. They did not and I called and left a voicemail. The call was retuned but I was told that the general manager would be returning my call but I have not heard anything. This girl pocketed a five dollar bill, knowing I wanted the Ultimate wash. I also received some scratches. And inside the crevices of my car, and even on top of my car, there was dirt still left after receiving their wash. Please don't be fooled by happy young people. I love how easy it is to drive in and out and all the different price options depending on how insanely dirty my car can be. Everyone is so nice that works here from the entry when you pay, the people that spray the car down, and anything else you need in between. The most unprofessional car wash that I have experienced. Their vacuum damaged my vehicle and they have refused to pay for my damages and want me to go to this place they partner with to get my damaged fixed due to their negligence on maintaining their equipment. The company I went to quoted me over $1600 to get my car fixed. Their company that they partner with quoted me $500 but did not include other factors such as molding kits since it went down to the bare metal of my car. They are refusing to give me any insurance. Have been uncooperative and have given me one option which is to handle the situation under the table through their auto repair company despite me asking for their insurance to place a claim on them. The manager is rude along with the owner who has yet to respond to me. I've asked time after time for the information to inform my insurance. His daughter called me and told me she will give me a check for $500 dollars and that was all they would give since I am choosing to not go with their auto repair company. I told her that was absurd and that I wanted to speak to someone higher up. She informed me that she was the boss and continued to scold me for not accepting the offer. I'm not asking for money I'm asking for my cars damages to be fixed because it was the car washes negligence on securing the vacuum. The manager also told me I was crazy and that he did me a favor and said I can go to another place and get a cheaper quote and maybe the owner will pay for it but that he would not pay to repair my damages as well as degrade me for calling him an unfit manager who needs to learn how to better handle customers as well as provide information to a customer for insurance purposes. I had cancelled my membership due to a poor experience at the car wash but had previously really enjoyed the old manager who was of great assistance prior to the new one if I ever had questions on the difference in products offered. Please beware that they will refuse to repair for your damages unless you go to their partnered auto repair shop and will not pay for car rental or give you their insurance to file a claim. I will have to be out of a car and $1600 to repair my vehicle. As well as pay for the rental vehicle. Not to mention I was not refunded for the car wash despite me not finishing cleaning my vehicle because the vacuum damaged my vehicle. read more
