This car wash started out Great but like most car wash these days their life span has been ONLY 6 months of decent service. They are awful. The car wash system ie broken often. The towels are not out. They use to be standing around to help you. Now that the weather has changed you just so without. I was never told upon joining that the service was SEASONAL. The scents they once provided may or may not be available. The water is HARD or something else has changed. My car comes out the tunnel looking as if the paint is a Matte color. I do not have Matte where is the Shine??????? Please do better. Your service has dropped and if it doesn't change your customers will drop too. Please step it up and go back to doing what you did to get our membership because it's BAD right now. At this time the service is not worth what customers are paying!! read more

Went here after work on a weeknight and they didn't have any clean towels in their bins to wipe off the excess water from my car. Usually they're pretty good about keeping the clean/dry towels stocked at each vacuum station. but not this time. They weren't even busy and had guys walking around but no one I could catch and ask for some towels. I'll think twice before coming here again and will check for clean towels first before/if entering the wash. read more

I have been a full package member with the carwash for four years. I am also a very generous tipper to all the employees and I was even selected as customer of the month a while back. I can honestly say that the customer service at this location is starting to take a significant decline. I have noticed several employees just looking around and very few of them seem to welcome the customers. Today I got my car washed and there were several cars waiting for the full service. I literally had to get out of my car and ask the guy to move the cone so that I could park where there were two vacant slots I don't like to be critical but o do believe that feedback is a gift and most consumers value great customer service. Today I did not receive the best customer service and this isn't the first time I have experienced this at this location. I have been loyal for four years and I am seriously contemplating cancelling my membership and going somewhere where customer service is a top priority! read more

For the money I don't really have any complaints of this place. I've gone to other local area car washes before because I keep a care in Dallas and of course they charge more money for more detailed work which makes sense so in reality you get what you pay for and for what I paid, I cannot really complain. My car, was clean, extra $5 for a tire shine which still turned out cheaper than other places and i just vacuumed the inside of my car myself. The workers that did the tire shine did a good job and were not rude so what else can you really ask for? It did exactly what I expected and needed it to do. read more

I went on a road trip in mid-July and hadn't had time to wash my car since. As you can imagine, it was covered in bugs, and they were as stubborn as could be. April did an amazing job removing every last one of them. She paid close attention to the details around my lights and even cleaned within the grill. The woman who helped me choose a wash was incredibly sweet and made sure to listen to my request about not using brushes on my car, passing that along to the team directing me into the wash. on March 28, my car was damaged at the hello car wash on Skillman Street. They gave me the information to the insurance company. He talk to me a few times and then stop taking my calls. i'm having to file a claim through my insurance to get them to fix my car from a problem that they called not a good business. I've had the ultimate membership for a long time and all of the sudden they're not doing the shine on the tires at the end of the tunnel (the automatic pads) so 25 dollars a month for nothing! Great car wash! More convenient than wave wash on Greenville for residents of Lake Highlands. in They do a great job!! New equipment a track type system all 4 tires sit on which pulls your car thru the wash. MUCH better than the other method car washes most car washes utilizes. Great vacuums & complementary towels with more complementary items coming in the near future. This car wash is all about how nice it presents itself visually but now how well it does the job. Do yourself a favor and find another car wash. I had the highest monthly membership plan which gives me unlimited washes, thankfully & here's why: you'll probably have to go through twice for you to even get your money's worth. Everytime I go through, it messes up halfway through or doesn't finish the wash towards the end. Additionally, the highest plan includes someone doing your wheels, but good look finding the person doing it as they usually only have 1 person. I asked the manager(someone with tattoos) after my wash if I could cancel my membership & not an apology or reason as to why - she could care less. She only asked if I was going to drive through again. read more

This is a good car wash with a great membership plan. The reason for 4 stars is that some of the employees motion for you to pull up very close to the car in front of you, almost resulting in a collision near the end of the car wash (when the machine tends to hold cars back, cleaning the tires/undercarriage). Had high hopes. Went for the Wednesday special for half off. They forgot to put my passenger side floor mat back in. Took me a couple weeks to realize what happened as I don't always have someone riding with me. Went back to ask for my mat back and their only response was "why didn't I come back sooner?" My car is brand new and I've only had it cleaned there so I'm 100% sure it's their mistake. Sad that they would choose to get rid of it than save it till I realized. Not going here again. read more

This place came highly recommended by several people. Cleanliness wise my truck was pretty clean however there were still some bug spots on the front grill and bumper and some dirt left behind around the badging on the side. Little less tire shine would have been good because it slung all over the side of the truck when I took off. All in all a better clean than I have received other places but with an additional major downfall. The young man that was cleaning the windshield was supporting his weight with his hand on my hood instead of on the cowling, by the time I noticed this it was too late! One big dent and two smaller ones in the hood of my black Ram truck, only dents in it! Called to say something and see if they offered to fix it and they didn't, all I got was sorry they are not supposed to do that. However, after coming out of the wash the top and back were still pretty dirty, while the front was clean where a worker had wiped it beforehand. Staff was very nice. It seems like their system is broken. I've been through twice, most recently on July 1, 2021, and the various stages only kick on once my car is half way through. There is also no tire shine. Finally, there is no hand dry or even towels available. Hello is getting two stars only because it is an actual car wash and the woman who initially helped me was very nice. What you pay for and what you get are two different things. This is a vacuum-yourself place and the vacuums are horrible. No suction (I tried 4 different vacuums) and the head is an odd shape so you can't get into cupholders or between the seats/tight places. Their signs would leave you to believe that what you pay for is more than what is actually delivered. My car still has bugs on the front from a recent roadtrip and despite purchasing the wheel clean, they weren't. When I spoke to one of the attendants, he looked at me like I was from another planet. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere tomorrow to have the car actually cleaned. read more

I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with the manager, "Julio", when attempting to clarify what services are provided depending on car wash purchased. It was the most unprofessional, and frankly infuriating, conversation with a manager who is supposed to be in the business of customer service. This place sucks. I became a member in May of 2021 and the service from the employee's suck. Several of the vacuum's located in the member designated area never work. The air fresheners that are included in the membership are rarely available and without my knowledge a membership I had already paid for was cancelled without my knowledge and they refused to reimburse me or allow me to use their services for the remainder of the month.
