My first visit was pretty good. I hit a hiccup with vaccines because the place where my pup…read morereceived his bordetella didn't put in writing when it expired. And because it can be either six or twelve months I called and was on hold for a bit. Tiffany was great about it She was able to clear things up, give me a tour, explain how the facility operated and get my little fella settled. When I left I was able to see my little guy from their cameras. One thing I liked about Pet Paradise is their kennel sizes. The are oversized and have plenty of room to roam around when not in the play area. Actually two separate areas with one where they can see their neighbors and the opposite side where they can have privacy with a place to lay down, get water and just relax. When I came back to pick him up I learned he did pass the temperament test. Buy when I asked how he did Rachel informed me she did not know. I was told I would be getting one more free day because I should have had a folder to take with me telling me about his day. The folder was missing. So I will return and with such a great experience I can see checking them out again.

If I pay to board my fur baby, her area should be kept clean and dry! every time I saw her on camera In the playgroup, she was always standing, not laying on the turf ! I'm soo mad at the nonchalant response from the manager Shaquita of how this could've happened like it's no big deal & was told oh she probably had an allergic reaction or it could've been her laying on the turf, & take her to the vet & let us know but "no we don't reimburse for vet bills" because you signed a waiver!! So basically your dog can come back damaged but because you signed to put them in their care they aren't responsible for anything. Plus, I've boarded her at this location several times a few years ago for the same amount of time & this never occurred. Unacceptable & anybody with eyes can see that this is just horrible and neglectful & they just handed her over to me like oh well we aren't responsible!

I found him through the Nextdoor app and relied on his stated experience and trustworthiness. When I returned after five days, my previously healthy, active four-year-old pit bull was unable to walk. I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

They even sent me the cutest report card with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind and made my day! As a dog mom, leaving your pup somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, but after seeing how happy and well cared for Indy was, I feel completely confident about his first boarding stay next week. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to love the dogs they care for. I'm so glad we found Wag Atlanta and can't wait for Indy to go back!

DO NOT send your dog here!!! After spending 3 nights there my 2 frenchies became extremely ill and…read morehad to be hospitalized. After contacting their on-site management team to inform them that my 3 yr old and 4 month old frenchies had pneumonia and tested positive for coronavirus immediately following their visit to their facility, They tried to blame it on my dogs receiving faulty vaccinations that failed them. No accountability, no suggestion of a refund and a blanket "sometimes that happens when they socialize with other dogs". My dogs are socialized and have been to other facilities! 100% blame on a vaccine that my 3 year old has been receiving from the same vet for 3 years! And he was the sickest out of the 2. For a place that's supposed to care for and love animals I was appalled at their lack of care or concern for mine. It was instant blame on their vaccines. A direct quote from Wag Atlanta "we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the Bordetella vaccine Prince and Cassius received to let them know that their vaccine failed. Vaccine manufacturers will often cover the medical expenses on a failed vaccine"! This is absurd !! No Cheyenne they got sick from your establishment. If you want to spend over $500 boarding your fur babies and another $2500 in Vet bills after you pick them up.... Then this is the place for you! Shameful.
