When I returned to the States, it took over 2 months for the bag to be returned to me. So I was without my possessions for 3 months, and didn't have them when I needed them on my trip. In order to get my bag, I had to pay an additional $250 to ship it home. LuggageToShip "Customer Service" refused to provide any escalation contact.
