He knows his stuff, reads his customers well, and is very truthful. Sabine is ADORABLE! She always makes me smile so big and I'm always happy to talk to her. There's one person that is always very arrogant and "off-handedly" rude. I think his name is Anthony? He's just very condescending with customers and I find it very off-putting. He's the one person I'm disappointed to see behind the counter. Sorry guys, but is annoying since I love the store and am a good customer.

Went back the next day and they told me there's nothing they can do because it's a malfunction with the product which wasn't there brand. I asked if could've tested the product to see if it worked prior to buying & manager said the employee that sold it to me should've done that but forgot. Manager refused exchange, refund, and in store credit and took no accountability and said there's nothing they can do. Not sure how this is not illegal where a business can sell faulty products and have no accountability. Stopped by on my road trip since my Kanger tank was missing an O-Ring. Walked in, and it felt like I was in a shop in Cali with the juice bar, good selection of hardware, and 70 plus line of various juices. Owner was awesome and very knowledgeable. Come to find out, he knows the owner from The Switch in San Diego. I figured I had to get a new tank since no one really sells just the rubber O Ring that my Kanger was missing. Recommended me the tank that he uses for the juice bar and so far it's a good choice. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely stop by to reload on juice, coils and a new mod.
