I got a lady named Ruby and my husband got a lady by the name Arma. We have been to a few places and let me just start by we both were super happy when we were done. My husband wanted his back worked out and I wanted a full body and they both were super polite and attentive to our needs. My husband said that she went above and beyond and getting the areas he wanted to focus on. As for me, Ruby made sure to rub out all the tough knots. My husband and I called last minute (4th of July) for two 1-hour full body massages and they were able to accommodate us, even offering us a shared room for a couples massage at no extra cost. $40 per person is a steal of a deal given how thorough the therapists were for a full hour. Amazing pressure/ strength and we each felt they found our sore spots without verbal guidance, which was super impressive. The spa itself is clean and minimalistic, the tables comfortable, and air conditioning welcomed in hot east county. We typically pay upwards of $75-120 for an hour massage of this caliber and no joke, the therapists here were better than higher end salons. Tipping suggestions are as follows: $8-10 "good"; $11-14 "great", $15+ "wow" since they only take home a small percent of the actual cost of service. We were happy to give $20 each because $60 total for this massage is still a fantastic deal They also have Reward Cards that offer your 10th massage free after the first 9 services. Horrible experience, sexual assault is definitely happening here. Today 1/16 was my first time here, and certainly my last. I was assigned a male masseuse which was fine because normally, they get my knots out better. He started massaging and as the lady in the comments said, he makes you prop your butt up and then thrust. He then proceeded to try and "stretch" me which ended up him rubbing on my upper half which was not fine. I was in shock. Then he ended up pulling my underwear fully off and putting a towel and ended up rubbing his hands. Never again. I told him stop leave give me my money. Facility is not the most spotless nor glamorous but I got a solid Thai body and foot massage combo for $45 (30 min each) from a strong, skilled lady named Ruby who seemed to know her stuff and care about pressure point spots, knots and focusing on areas like the lower back that are "important for women" (her words). She ushered me into Room 3 then closed the door without an explanation to get undressed, so I peeked out and confirmed this was the plan. She said yes, everything but underwear. Then I confirmed that I'd start face down. If you're used to going to let's say a Massage Envy or a non-Asian spa, you might feel like there's a lack of communication and bells/whistles/soft touch.. like, no one's asking where your trouble spots are/areas to avoid, etc. She did ask if the pressure was okay once, but other times I had to ask her to reduce the pressure, which is normal and fine, which of course she accommodated. Also, if you've never had a Thai massage and are expecting a Swedish massage, you'll be caught off guard.. at one point, my lady was stepping on my traps, her hands pushing against the wall. There is some Swedish style, and deep tissue.. it's all mixed in. But definitely speak up if the pressure is too great. The foot reflexology massage was much more relaxing.. I fell asleep! All in all, a good place if you get Ruby and aren't expecting to be coddled. If you're expecting a soft voice, someone to meet you, take time to talk things over with you before during and after, this is not your spot. I was sexually molested by the therapist, "Sean". There was a time he pressed my shoulders up while I was lying on my stomach. I resisted as to not raise my breast off the table and be exposed but he kept pressing until they were. I assumed it was for back stretching and thought ok, that was weird... then there were times he interlocked his fingers with mine but again I assumed it was to pull my arm down to stretch as he rubbed out a knot in my shoulder. He tried bringing my hands up over my head near his hips as he stood in front of the table and I just tucked them away, as to not accidentally touch him as he was attempting to make me do. After finishing my upper back and moving down to massage my legs he left the towel tucked into my panties pulled slightly down instead of pulling them up since he was finished with that portion of the massage, he left it down slightly so it would be loose in my private area. He pulled on leg off the table and massaged a leg, then instead of placing it back on the table to move on to the next, he left it there and pulled the other leg off the other side so now he can easily peek. I felt uncomfortable the entire time but assumed that it was all part of the massage. The massage itself was good and I was long overdue to release the tension. I went back a second time with my husband and that is when I realized that his behavior the first time was not part a normal massage! He didn't do any of the things he did the first time except try to interlock his fingers with mine only on the hand on the opposite side of my husband. Thats when I realized he was crossing the line and he KNEW it bc he was trying to do the extra subtle things where my husband couldn't see. He was totally violating me! I dont want him to be doing this to other women and whoever reads this, please know, go with your gut! Those subtle moves are still sexual abuse and he needs to be held accountable! I tried filing a police report but the officer told me nothing would come of it because its the nature of the massage. Please ladies, do not become victims of this! Speak up. read more

A decent place that we have patronized a couple of times, my only problem is the tip requests and their lack of response and look of dismay when you tip them. On a $20 foot massage I tip $10 bucks which is quite generous and they still look unhappy - tipping is at clients discretion and 20% of the service is quite good & to receive more than that I would not have a pissy look on my face. I have been following Steve around since he was working in Rancho San Diego. He has a gift and good energy. After a massage from him you truly feel relaxed and less tense. The place is new and clean, and the set up is nice. There are two private rooms with foot massage stations, there is a couples room, and there are individual rooms for full body massages. Honestly, the full body massages for 90 minutes are the best. I like the Thai combo. I live all the way in Bonita and I make the 20-25 minute drive over each time because the people who work here are worth it. The place is not sketchy where you are worried about "that other type" of "Happy Head" massage. This place is bright and has an airy reception area, no need to worry! Prices are the same as other typical foot massage places, but I always tip them well, I know they're trying to make a living and they are far better than the $75/hr massages I've paid at spas. Called for an appointment for three specific Masseurs. I called half an hr before my appointment to confirm. Front desk lady says "yes, yes, yes." When we showed up, they made us pay first. Which was fine to us. When we got into the room, we didn't get the masseurs that we requested. We asked to change, but we didn't get a replacement. Tina, David, and Anthony did our massage. I should have known better from the beginning when they asked for payment upfront, at the moment I should have walked out and just waited to get into my normal massage spot. 15 minutes into the massage I wish I hadn't paid them a dime so I can walk out and not having the feeling of wasting $41.00. This was NO "massage" but instead a simple back rub, her heavy opened mouth breathing, her noisy growling stomach was beyond annoying. The lady kept repeating the same movements to my upper back, I kept asking for deeper pressure, a slight increase in strength was used for 30 seconds or so then back to her weak back rub. I was highly disappointed to have wasted an hour of my day, and $41.00 and not to even get my feet/ankles "massaged" included in the 60 minute full body "massage". As a person who gets frequent massages and has been here several times, I can say that this place gives pretty good massages. The huge down side is that more often than not, in the winter, the massage therapists are coughing or sniffling during the massage and I've gotten sick from being in a small room for an hour while a sick person breathes on me constantly. I really wish this one detail was not the case. I am so impressed with this place! For the price, you will not find a better massage in east county, and a very clean and inviting space. I first visited as a walk in when they had their grand opening and saw May, who was so wonderful. I was taken back within minutes of check in. She found and worked out every knot in my neck and shoulders and THEN some! My husband has been doing a lot of hard labor around the yard and I thought I'd treat him to a good massage here... so we came on a Sunday 5pm and were seen right away.
