Kalei, however, is the individual who did my schedule and the one who corresponds my monthly service. She is amazing, very easy to approach (through email) and always quick to answer any question I have. Literally always - I just sent her an email around 10pm and got a response within 10 minutes! She celebrates my little wins with me and just overall very accommodating. Never makes me feel like I'm asking silly questions.
