    The completely botched a simple tv install. Had to hire contractor to repair damage they caused. I highly recommend NOT using Hello Tech

Our first issue was replacing the fridge. When finding out the new Jetson had opened, we went immediately. Our salesperson was Kevin and he was great. After going back and forth through some options we ended up going with Whirlpool. We also got the expanded warranty, which is something I pretty much NEVER do for anywhere else, because I really love Jetson's gimmick of giving you half of the warranty back as a future sales credit if you don't use it. The delivery of the fridge was challenging, in no part thanks to us ordering a really large item and our house doesn't have double doors. There were some small marks on the edges of the fridge after being set up. We called Jetson service and everyone we talked to was great. Based around *our* availability, Jetson sent out a service member to take care of the marks. This guy was absolutely AMAZING and the fridge looks fantastic. He also took care of another small issue with the fridge we didn't even notice. Just an incredible team member for Jetson and someone I wish we could hire to do handy work around our house. We've had the fridge for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier. It looks great, it holds a ton of stuff, is quiet, and the freezer section actually has something called a PIZZA POCKET where you put frozen pizza boxes in. Greatest invention of the 21st Century. tl;dr - Delivery of large fridge was a bit dodgy, but everything leading up to and after the fact was above-and-beyond for customer service and we'll be heading back to Jetson in near future for our next dish washer.

Today I went there it is like they don't know who you're. The service department wanted $110 up front just to set up an appointment! I'm very disappointed with them! I called another company, and they only charge $89 no money upfront, and if I have them fix the issue, they'll give me back the money towards my repairs! Unfortunately, I purchased my machines in the wrong place! Never again, I'll buy anything from them again! Don't fall for their kindness, just a bunch of bull. As soon you buy it they don't know you! Shame on them!!

    Firstly, I've purchased all of my appliances in my kitchen from Jetson's in Port St. Lucie. My…read morelatest purchase was an LG front loader, washer and dryer. I noticed that there was a little water near my machine, so I called for service. My appointment was made quickly and a technician named Jared came to my home. He was very friendly, explained everything that was going on with the machine, and found where the leak came from, explaining it to me . Jared wrote up a work order and told me the part had a hairline crack in it. He efficiently put the machine back together, cleaned up the little water, and told me the part should be coming in soon. I called Jetson up a couple of days later and they stated the part had just come in. I asked the lady on the phone who was also very very sweet, please send Jared again. She made the appointment for a day or so later, Jared came of course with a nice big hello, and proceeded to start working on the machine. As he's working, he's explaining it and finished up quickly. He did the test run on the machine to make sure it was not leaking and that everything was OK. Jared even showed me a couple of buttons on the machine that I wasn't aware about because I'm a person that does read the manual! I was so pleased with Jared and his work ethic that I called Jetsons to speak with Joe Kissler. He was not in when I made the call, but I made sure I left a message about Jared's performance. To my surprise, Mr. Kissler called me today (that doesn't happen too often that they call you back) I expressed my pleasure with Jared's great work, his wonderful demeanor, and that he really knows his craft. Jared gave some credit to Mr. Kissler for his knowledge, as he was his protege when Jared was learning the ropes. He also stated he studied quite a bit about the appliances to better his knowledge. Hopefully in the future, I won't need service, but I'm comfortable in knowing that if I do, I will ask for Jared to return.

Jetson refused to exchange the grill out and the business manager did not address the lack of concern or call backs to fix the issue until the grill was not working since day 1 for 3 months. Then and only then did they say they'd get the distributor to look at my grill. If you buy a grill from Jetson don't expect any customer service with your purchase. Horrible

The store had everything we were looking for, so it was a convenient stop. This Walmart was very busy, and the parking lot was crowded. I also noticed quite a bit of litter outside, so it wasn't the cleanest location. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee. I also noticed several upside down umbrellas hanging from the ceiling to collect donations for a charity, which I thought was a unique and creative idea. If you're tall, though, be careful, they hang low enough that you could bump your head. The cashier who checked us out was friendly, and the checkout process was quick and easy.

I had a relatively small pickup order, 13 items (like milk and bananas). For 45 minutes I sat in my car and watched as the waiting spaces filled up. Not a single employee was fulfilling orders. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody answered. Finally I went inside, obviously I wasn't in danger of missing the person coming to my vehicle. Inside, the customer service line was empty and the two employees there told me they "would look into it." After calling The store 10 times and waiting over an hour, Brandon finally came up from the back, kindly shook my hand, and told me they are busy so it's taking longer than usual. I'm still not sure what they're busy doing because they're not fulfilling orders! It would certainly make sense if I saw someone working hard and bringing people their groceries, but it seems that they just forgot to stay people today. Brandon went inside and hasn't come back since. Addition: I can't believe it, but it got worse! They brought me my items. Milk was warm to the touch and "frozen" chicken was completely thawed. He took it out of my hands to replace it, so looks like I'll be waiting even longer.
