I found Actions name and thought I would give them a call thinking it would probably be another place that wouldn't be able to help, when I talked to the owner Mike I was so glad I called. Mike was able to come out immediately and get a new boiler on its way. He had his technicians out the next morning to replace our old boiler and put in a new one. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Our new boiler is great and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others

They called back after a few days and said it was a hardware problem and it's not covered under warranty but if I bought the 3-year Geek Squad thing for $400 they could fix it. For that much I could get another laptop, so no thanks (I only use it for the Internet). Disgusted with Best Buy a computer nerd we know highly recommended Virtual PCS. We took it in, the owner was great and told us so many of his customers come there because they get disgusted with Best Buy and their Nazi upselling tactics. He also told me that a waranty covers hardware and basically Best Buy tells people a load of shit to get them to spend more money. Virtual PCS did a great, quick and professional job. Not to mention an honest job. I had never been to an independently owned computer store before but am so glad I tried them out.
