I mentioned it to Laurin, and she apologized, said it would come off in a few days and that toothpaste could help remove it faster. She also said she'd make a note so it wouldn't happen again next time. Unfortunately, at my appointment on June 22, it happened again. This time, there was enough color on my skin that I was wiping it off with a napkin while still sitting in the chair. Even so, I later discovered additional staining on my forehead, ears, and neck when I got home. What disappoints me most is that I shared this feedback in the text message I received after my appointment and haven't heard from anyone since. Honestly, that's the part that surprised me. Mistakes happen, but after it happened a second time--especially after we had already discussed it during my first visit--I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or follow-up. To make matters even worse I also had extensions installed by the owner, Odette, and the process was very concerning. There was excessive glue used, which spread throughout my hair and was difficult to remove Which caused a lot of my hair to fall out! I had to come back to have it fixed, and the replacement hair I purchased at the salon was poor quality, including pieces with a plastic backing. The beaded weft installation was very uncomfortable the beads were tightened so much that my scalp was extremely sore and even started bleeding. The entire process took around six hours to install 2 rows (which takes normally 1 hr to complete) while multiple other clients were being handled at the same time, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Overall, this experience left my hair and scalp in worse condition, and I would not recommend this salon. This place should honestly be closed down.
