The flight attendant had to call someone for wheelchair service for me which someone should have been waiting there when I got off the plane. Truly a horrible service and I am going to complain at the corporate office. When I got back in Chicago on April 30th I had to walk myself downstairs yes because I got tired of waiting for someone to take me down where my party was waiting on me to take me home.
