When I complained and asked for reassurance that they wont ruin anymore of my clothes they canceled my scheduled pick up the morning of my pick up and all my clothes were stolen from the pick location. They also sent the email attached. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENT and CARELESS... Do not trust them with your clothes!! Im seeking legal action.

It's hit or miss whether you have to bring cash or can pay through the app(or with a card). Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. They do a good job of keeping it pretty clean. They're constantly coming by sweeping wiping things down Wednesday evening. They offer pizza with your wash. We went on a day where they had a clown entertain the kids while we were doing laundry so it's definitely a family experience.

However -- a big problem: We wash our clothes scent-free due to a family member's asthma and allergies. Put in a load of laundry, used our own unscented Tide Free & Gentle liquid detergent, and the load came out strongly scented. I don't know if this is due to a previous person's load leaving scented residue, or if the establishment "freshens" the washers with something scented. We use this laundromat for heavy loads, or if we have a problem with our home machine. Unfortunately, we won't be able to patronize this location again due to the residual fragrance left in our laundry. It will take weeks or re-washing and hanging outside to try to remove it. Prior to the new ownership, we never had this issue.

Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. I recommend having all alterations done here.

It's very large, always clean & the attendant plays great music. But you go there to wash & you're gonna be out of $20 or more. I recently moved over here & my old Laundromat wasn't nearly as expensive. Plus The Vending machines are high too. Bring plenty money & your own smacks... There will be great music. It'll keep your mind off how expensive it is to wash there...
