Fortunately the restaurant is part of the Panda Group and the staff put us in touch with Adam, Panda Catering's business development manager. Adam was responsive, friendly, and super helpful. He was quick to answer questions, turned around our a proposal in 24 hours, willing to accommodate last minute changes and even delivered the bentos personally. The food was every bit as wonderful as the service and I had more than one guest tell me this was the best wedding food they've ever had.
