Had some water damage from an upstairs bathroom down to my garage and called Service Master…read more Chris Garcia was my project manager and super satisfied with the water mitigation process. He was generous enough to start setting up fans before confirming to work with them and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole water mitigation process. Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. Chris completed his job but the overall job isn't fully complete. Still have to work with them for the rebuild and hope the process continues to be smooth and effortless.

I've had the opportunity to work with Service master Elite from both a professional and personal…read moreperspective, and I can honestly say they've earned my respect. Professionally, I worked alongside them as a claims adjuster. Out of the many restoration companies I've worked with over the years, ServiceMaster Elite (and I emphasize Elite, because every franchise operates differently) has consistently been one of the fairest and most professional. Their estimates are reasonable, well documented, and if something is missed, they're quick to review it and make the necessary corrections. They don't play games with inflated invoices or try to slip in questionable charges. Instead, they provide thorough photo documentation, clearly explain any supplemental costs, and focus on working collaboratively to reach the right outcome. That level of transparency and professionalism made them one of the easiest restoration companies to work with. On a personal level, what truly sets this office apart is the people. They genuinely care about their customers and treat them like people, not claim numbers. Time and again, I've seen them go out of their way to make difficult situations a little less stressful. They also operate like a family. I'm sure there's the occasional sibling rivalry, what family doesn't have one? It's obvious they support one another and take pride in doing right by the people they serve. If you're looking for a restoration company that's honest, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the quality of its work and the people it helps, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ServiceMaster Elite.

Due to the water damage, I had a mix of restoration companies and general contractors. The restoration companies were far out of our budget because they go through a very lengthy process to remediate any mold. What I appreciated about JRD construction is they were not only affordable in their estimate but fair, honest, and flexible. I had some reservations about not going with a restoration company but Voss and his team assured me that if they found mold or more extensive water damage they could take the necessary steps to remediate it. They even brought a hepa filtration system as I wanted to take precautions with possible mold as they removed drywall. They checked in with us along the way and assured us there was no visible mold. To be cautious once they completed the project they put some mold killer on the wood in our attic that would be very costly to remove. They did great work and matched our ceiling texture really close. They even took care to put up and take down a protection barrier daily as we needed to get into our bedroom which was blocked by the work. I definitely recommend this company for remodeling or construction projects.

Unexpected damage was revealed after walls were opened up, which resulted in a longer completion time but all the work ended up finished. Also worth mentioning Voss helped us understand what we might need for filing an insurance claim and worked with our insurance company to get at least some of the damage reimbursed.

It was such an involved project with many stages and steps. Every single phase was handled with such care, precision, cleanliness, accuracy, thoughtfulness and excellence. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary Daniel and his team members are. A lot of companies talk about how they really care, and how they'll take good care of you and the project-- but it is usually far from the truth. Daniel was just incredible, the real deal. If you're lucky enough, hire him while you can. Elizabeth

A1 Pro Property Restoration is awesome! My tankless water heater leaked through my attic and caused…read morequite a bit of damage to my ceiling and surrounding wall. Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock, installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I'm definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
