I went to this business hoping I would find a local business that was in my area that I could consistently go to when I need a little maintenance but instead for my eye lash services I received from this place I get a eye infections that caused me to go to the emergency room I had to receive antibiotics my eye was completely in pain. very unhappy woman working there who took it out on my eyebrows (one looked completely different from the other) and upper lip (surface job, hair returned a week later). don't do any kind of bikini wax at this place. the woman used a smelly wax, had no skills, couldn't complete the job on her own and had to bring a colleague in--and at the end of my traumatic hour there rang me up for everything at full price until I said no. I came in to get my eyebrows threaded "cleaned up no shaping" and I thought she did a great job. It was busy but my husband and I was greeted upon arrival and serviced shortly after. Hello, I was disappointed with the lash extension that I received. When I came in the store, the younger person told me to wait until the owner (I assume she is the owner) was available. They spoke in a different language, I assume the owner told the younger women to do it. The younger of the two ladies did my eyebrow extension and her inexperience showed. I highly recommend that if you go there you have the owner/experience person do the eyelash extension. read more

So happy there a great threading salon in the area. I've been here twice and there is always the same one woman here. She is wonderful. I've done eyebrow threading and tinting and I have no complaints. The tinting lasts about a week for me but I'm not careful when washing my face at all. I feel that the tinting makes my brows pop so I don't need to apply any other make up. I took off two stars because I tried the eyelash extensions and I did not like it one bit. It was awful and burned a lot. I'll never do the eyelashes there again. read more

If I could give this no stars, I would! Went to get my eyebrows threaded and lips waxed. From the second I got there, all I the threader did was bark orders and have a demanding attitude! She decided to do my wax first and everyone knows you're not supposed to wax twice in the same area. According to her, enough hair wasn't removed. Instead of using common sense and cleaning the rest with a thread, she waxed me twice. The result is a painful, redness that eventually turned into a scar. I had to appear on camera the next day and I couldn't even do that because of this big fat scar on my lip! Not only that but this woman has the audacity to add a tip to my entire bill without even asking. Like really? A tip isn't mandatory especially for a shoddy and rushed job! I have been coming here with satisfactory results from Ruby, whom I see to do my eyebrows and lash extensions. Ruby is currently away and so I made an appointment with her replacement. When I called to make the appointment, I asked her over the phone if she was able to do lashes and she said absolutely yes. I arrived and sat in her chair and asked her again twice if she knew how to do lash extensions and if she was comfortable. Both times she smiled and said yes. She was patently dishonest. It took her twice as long as usual to do one eye. The lash line was uneven with lashes incorrectly placed. I calmly brought both issues to her attention, she apologized for her lack of speed, but promised to fix the lash line. The second eye was only marginally better. I had to leave the appointment with my lashes half done and poorly placed because I had another appointment that I could not miss. The next day, no appointments were available. Sunday they were closed and today Monday they are closed as well. I am so incredibly disappointed in the lack of honesty and professionalism here. I'm a regular customer, I tip well and try to be considerate at all times. I've recommended other services here to my network. Please do not patronize this place until they get some actual beauty professionals behind the chair. read more

I wanted to try the lash lift and tint plus the eyebrow tint. It was a great experience! Ruby was kind and gentle, making sure I was comfortable since it does take a bit for the process. Very happy with the service, results and price. She mentioned that I didn't need the tint since my lashes were already very dark, she didn't try to upsell. Honest business person! Good karma and vibes! Plus I had my brows threaded for the first time- super fast, nice shape and my brows look great! I choose this place based on the excellent reviews on lash extentions, however my experience wasn't that great. One person did one eye (not sure whether or not she was new and in training or not) based on the outcome, it appears so. another person did the other eye and I can most certainly tell the difference (2nd eye was done faster and neater) I'm not a happy camper. I love it here - I go every 3 weeks about for threading and brow tinting. It is clean, painless and quick. The tinting comes out amazing, I always opt for a medium brown that last about 10 days (probably more if I was careful) and makes my eyebrows really look awesome. this is my second time threading here and the first time was fine but for some reason the second time around was awful. I have natural thick eyebrows and they threaded them very thin. She had also trimmed them and i regret it now because they look even thinner. I was disappointed mostly because they did not say they were going to reshape my eyebrows like that. It feels as if they should maybe ask beforehand what the client would like before doing something they won't like later. The first time they really "cleaned up" around the shape of my eyebrow but this time reshaped the whole thing.
