More concerning, the nail technician did not appear to use sanitary tools. When I politely asked whether the clippers had been cleaned, I was met with an attitude instead of reassurance. Shortly after, another staff member spoke rudely in their language, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Cleanliness and professionalism are non-negotiable in a nail salon, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those standards. When I washed my hands in lobby sink, no soap provided. One bottle had water in it- no soap, no towels for hand drying. I am very disappointed and would appreciate a credit or partial refund if possible.

When I questioned it, he tried saying the color wasn't a "summer season" color and she should do something lighter & that dark colors are for the winter season. She of course can't understand their gibberish and was too scared to speak up. If I'm the one paying and she picked a specific color, then do exactly that! I don't want someone's opinion on what they think she should get. On top of that, don't argue with me and try to persuade me into agreeing you did the right thing.

I did a chrome color - pricing was not disclosed prior to me choosing the Chrome either (Beware any add-on is charged. You are basically nickel and dimmed for every choice. My pedicure became an easy $100. Onto the quality of my nails. The quality was horrendous. The tech did not go all the way down to the cuticles so my fresh nails with a brand "new set" (I don't use tips and still got charged for a full set ) it looked like they were already a week old. After having the tech redo them to fix her mistake, they still look like shit. The tips of my nails are missing chunks of chrome. I'm not willing to walk back in there because this manicure and pedicure became an easy $215. I have never in my life paid that much for a simple pedicure and nail set. We came to Houston to try something new and expected it to be a little pricier, but I did not expect to give away my first born child. Nor did I expect to leave completely unsatisfied.

Finals and midterms had me locked down and drained, but I made it through. As a birthday gift, my daughter treated me to a full set and pedicure here. It had been well over a year since I last had my nails and feet done; so, you can just imagine the condition of my hands, but especially my feet (lol, don't ask!). When I told the owner, Jesse, that I was celebrating my 50th, she immediately lit up and wished me a happy birthday. The next thing I know, I hear the pop of a champagne bottle, and Jesse is shouting "Happy Birthday!" to put the spotlight on me. She brought me a mimosa, strong, tasty, and just what I needed. Once I finished it, she happily refilled my glass. She even complimented me, telling me how young I look for 50, which made me grin from ear to ear. One thing about this Leo is that I love compliments (lol). Between the mimosas and the relaxing foot massage from Tony, I started drifting off to sleep. Tony handled my pedicure like a true pro, no hesitation, even with a little dry skin (okay, a LOT of dry skin in my case). Meanwhile, Tina came over to work on my nails. She was so friendly and funny, keeping me laughing the whole time, at least whenever I could keep my eyes open. Then, out of nowhere, the music stopped and the Happy Birthday song came on. Jesse came out with a huge chocolate cupcake topped with a lit candle while everyone, customers and staff alike, sang to me. She had me blow out the candle and make a wish. What a thoughtful and warm gesture. She truly touched my heart and sealed the deal for me; this is officially my new nail spot. I was beyond satisfied with the work Tony and Tina did on my feet and nails, and I made sure to tip them both. Overall, this place is unlike any other nail salon I've visited. Customer service is clearly Jesse's top priority. She walks the floor often, checking on everyone, making sure drinks are topped off, and ensuring that her customers feel taken care of. Her positive, refreshing energy sets the tone, and I especially loved the 80s music playing in the background; it added to the fun and relaxing vibe. Thank you so much, Jesse, for your warm and welcoming hospitality; you made my 50th birthday celebration extra special. I'll definitely be back for my next pedicure and refill. Highly Recommended!

I loved this place and they always did amazing on my nails, but I can't go back anymore after my horrible experience and the horrible response afterward. Last time I went, Kathy did my nails. The whole time I felt like she was very judgy about what I was requesting for nail designs and such. Despite this, I still went back because I was raised to believe in second chances and I really did enjoy how my nails looked afterward. I went in to get nails done for my birthday and everything was great, however everything went south very fast. I am already very anxious because this was my first time ever getting my nails done alone, so this just added to the experience. The lady doing my nails had stuff on her finger I assumed were scabs. I brushed this off originally because I thought it'd be okay- but when she was painting my nails, I'd noticed a SCAB fell off ON MY NAIL. She originally was gonna paint over it until I commented about it. She thought I was talking about the polish, but when I pointed to the scab she just laughed it off and took it off the brush and wiped it onto the back of the machine that dries your polish. Everything was awful after that. I felt so anxious to talk and tried to just sit through it all. I didn't know what to say! This was my first time ever getting my nails done alone! The response from the manager was awful too. I called in to speak with her about my experience after I got home. It was a lot of back and forth about who, what, where, when, why. The only thing she offered was to give the tip (yes- I still tipped!) back. I will never be going back here again. This was such a horrible and unhygienic experience, and the response back from the manager really made my decision to never come back.
