The wait was minimal, 10 mins for a technician to become available. Good selection of nail polishes, mainly DND, lacking in OPI availability. I got Chi who did a wonderful and thorough job on the Signature Spa Pedicure w/Cucumber Fresh Scent $57. It included 10 minutes feet massage and 5 mins shoulder massage, along with paraffin wax. My feet felt pampered by the time I left. I was given 10% discount in my first visit, even got a free rose cuticle oil as a gift! I'll be back next time I'm in the area! read more

This was my first visit, and I had shellac done two days ago. While I was still in the chair, the nail tech had to redo all of my nails because the polish dried with visible lumps throughout. The technician blamed the issue on me for "scratching my nose" instead of keeping my hand under the light, which was both rude and inaccurate, as the problem occurred on both hands--not just the one I briefly moved. Even after the redo, the polish did not cure properly. Less than 48 hours later, the nails are still malleable and the top layer of polish is already flaking off. Although I could return to request a redo, their website notes that refunds are not offered--only corrections within a limited timeframe. Given the experience, I do not feel comfortable returning or spending additional time on a service that should have been done correctly the first time. read more

I was on the hunt for a new nail salon, not literally, but ended up stumbling across this place which is actually new. The salons in the area I normally visit for services, mid town/ the heights, are barely decent for the price they charge as most strive to be high end but fall short. I arrived to the salon this evening a little later than I wanted to because of traffic but they were able to see me even though it was 6:30 and they close at 7. Everyone was super nice and pleasant and not one time did I feel like they were rushing or unwelcoming. We had really good conversations and they made sure my beverage was full, I had a mimosa which was really good. As far as the services at hand, I am supper happy. I am really picky as it is really hard to find someone to do a good job with a French manicure on the toes and Rachel got it right the first time without me asking for any lines to be altered. I was a little nervous at first because Rachel's process is a bit different, she does the toes first and then the pedi later, but it worked out. She also gave me tips on how I should grow my toes nails out as she noticed how the last tech cut my nails into weird shapes, so that was a plus. I also have not had my hands done in a long time so I ended up getting a full acrylic set and tried a new shape, almond, with color powder, both of those I have not had done before. I am really happy with how they turned out, Ashely did a good job, and will definitely keep getting this style of nail in the future and come back to visit them both. The salon was is and clean and everyone was just really nice, especially the hostess. She offered me 10% of my derives because it was my first time which was a pleasant surprise so overall it was just a good experience. I had been going to this salon for about two months and had been working with Teresa. Unfortunately, my last experiences with her were very disappointing. I voiced multiple times that I was unhappy with the shape and overall quality of my nails. She asked me to come back a week later to redo them, but again the results were not what I wanted. When I tried to book another appointment, I was told that Teresa no longer wanted to work with me because she didn't feel comfortable, was informed by the receptionist that it was due to a language barrier. I find this unprofessional especially in a business that serves a wide clientele. You work in the US but you don't understand English? I didn't appreciate how I was avoided and essentially refused service simply because I was clear about my expectations. Customers should feel understood, and respected. I hope Verona can accommodate its clients versus prioritizing its employees when it comes to customer service. As for me, I will no longer be going to this salon. read more

I got them done yesterday and all of the nails are lifting at the cuticle or the paint is over my skin. New nail salon just opened a few months ago. Wish I came sooner w the promos but they have new customer promo for 10 percent off and medical personal and teachers. Anyhow, I'm a sucker for new places! This place didjnf disappoint me. Got my wax and nails done. And they took my friend and I last minute! I went there as soon as they open and was greeted by the friendliest Nail Tech, Hien! She was so pleasant. She walked me thru the "service menu" which offers competitive prices with in the heights area! She explained the different types of pedicures they have from basic to the works! I was offered water, wine, coffee. The ambiance is relaxing, they have a large amount of stations and smaller staff so you're able to get a quiet corner if that's what you prefer during your services. Check out was quick and easy! I even received a free hand cream for coming in! Small gesture but very sweet. I rate them a 5 because of service and my tech! Every nail tech is different so if you have any issues with them talk to them don't ruin their rating as they are a brand new business! She freehand my French tips so you know she's a PRO! Salon is quiet, upscale, very comfortable; the only thing I would like would be a variety of drinks maybe a margarita. Also, they lacked in colors in the beginning, but after telling them my favorite brand and color, THEY HAD IT BY MY NEXT VISIT! They are so attentive and caring. This new business is doing it right! They opened about a month ago, we decided to try it and we were super happy with the service and visit. The ladies in the front were super welcoming, and attentive. My mom who is sensitive to smells and air flow (she's in remission from cancer) was coughing as soon the the A/C came on and the manager made her hot tea and brought her water, and adjusted the A/C. Stopped by when they had just opened up and the man up front was very kind and helpful. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle which is a big plus for me because I'm very sensitive. I liked it so much that I called to book another appointment a couple of days after the hurricane. Unfortunately, they had no power due to the power outages after the hurricane. However, I received a text a few days afterwards notifying me that they had no power the week prior but were now fully operational.
