Went here for the first time since last summer and was so excited to take my little one for her first nail shop experience. The excitement changed really fast when I realized they had moved the little girls pedicure bowls into the MAN CAVE!! Not pleased to have to look at sports team murals, sports playing on the tv, and liquor bottles with my 6 year old's first trip to the nail salon. Wish they would have left the chairs where they were previously in the front where it's PRETTY. Also, the older model adult chairs are next to the kids chair so we were forced to sit in those. Service was good, just not pleased with the setting. Didn't feel as luxury of an experience being stuck in the "old" man cave. read more

Very over priced for mediocre pedicure. We had an appointment, arrived on time, and they still acted confused. Picked the most expensive option but truly just meh. Most disappointing...the massage chairs they use are old and in rough shape, but as you walk toward the restroom, they have an entire room of brand new fancy pedi chairs. No customers were seated back there, and they were doing each others nails there. Totally fine...but for $70 how do I get the good chair that doesn't scream in protest ? Spend 10 bucks more and head to Spartan. read more

I have passed this place many times over the years but never stopped in but today I was waiting to get my oil changed and figured I would get a pedicure since it would take over an hour. They got me in and seated immediately. They are offering an apple cinnamon pedicure special for $59 which was worth every penny. Instead of the neck massage I opted for 18mins of a leg massage. I have never had steam on my legs and OMG was this amazing. Josie was wonderful as we chatted a little the she let me just relax. I would come back for a pedicure for sure. I would actually give them a 4.5 only reason it is not a 5 is because the Vietnamese ice coffee was premade and was not the best. It was ok but my nail shop Oasis Nail Bar has far better coffee. read more

They offer specials during the week and Wednesday is Teacher's get 10% off. I showed my badge but she forgot to take the discount off so she gave me a discount card for next time. The quality is okay, nothing extra special. I had to wait about 25 minutes though. There are so many nail salons in the area that can get you in a lot quicker than that and do just the same in quality of work. They do serve drinks so I will go back to use my coupon but if there's a wait again, probably won't return. read more

They staff is very nice and the place is clean. They keep trying to upsell me every time I go here. If I want a regular manicure, they try to convince me to get dip or shellac. If I get shellac, they try to convince me to get dip. Just listen to what I want and do it. Regular polish - they don't put polish all the way down to near the base of your nail so in a couple of days, there's growth and a gap which looks terrible. The lady who did my polish was sloppy and didn't go to the edges or the base and my nails felt sharp on the edges. I tried to tell her to go to the edges of my nail but she only fixed one. I don't like complaining so I left it at that. I can do a better polish job myself. read more

I've been looking for a good nail shop since moving here a couple of months ago, and lets just say I don't need to look any further! I walked in without an appointment for a full set of nails and pedicure, I was immediately seated and taken care off. Vanessa did my nails and Vee did my pedicure. Vanessa was Amazing from start to finish, I explained to her what I wanted and she went above and beyond my expectations! Vee was Amazing as well as Vivian who did my husbands pedicure. I've lived in Cypress for over 20 years and been to countless salons and this is by far the BEST NAIL SALON IN CYPRESS . I've yet to experience bad service. Not to mention they're the only salon I know that have a 9 day guarantee ..they will fix any chips /broken nails. They don't rush and do a meticulous job.. He popped off my gel set with an acrylic nail and used nail clippers to remove my entire set without any soaking. There were pieces that he was not able to remove so started to use a drill that burned since at this point my natural nail was extremely thin. I knew this is not a trained technician so I asked him to stop the service. He was very kind and offered to clean up my nails and put a clear coat but by then I just wanted to leave. read more

Service was great for a while, but recently been turnover. Today was a horrible 3 hour experience. The dip examples do not always match the jar of powder. To make up for it they redid top layer hastily leaving dip residue under the nails. Can't recommend. read more

I got overcharged!!! They charged $35 for a powder fill with no color change. Kept the color I already It is listed as $25 in their brochure at this salon. The employees could not explain the discrepancy yet still charged me an extra $10. I have short nails and it took the technician no more than 20-25 minutes, didn't even apply lotion and the massage. This place used to be good. However, greed is taking over. This is a SERVICE. So materials do not cost much. I will only get minimal services done here going forward due to the greed. The owner charged me $3 for stickers placed on my nails that started to peel before I left. Now, I would've never said anything. But there are limits to everything. Had I known this was the price, it would have been a hard NO! The price for services are RIDICULOUS. There are nail shops on every block sometimes 2 or 3 in a block. The rates are outrageous. Especially since these fees are not given to their techs. This is PURE profit. read more

This place is amazing!!! Being new to the area, I just happen to stumble upon this beauty. The prices are even better than the other salons nearby. The decor inside is absolutely luxurious!!! They have two little girl pedicure chairs that are absolutely adorable. BEST PART.... they have real DRINKS I had a mimosa with boba, also a screwdriver with boba!!!! Like WOW!!! Talk about a relaxed and completely fabulous and relaxing experience!! I can't wait to go back. To top it off, I have the most bad ass nails and are thinking about something even more distinctive for next time. This place has the biggest selection that I've ever seen. It was cool. Kim and the guy in front were extremely helpful in trying to help me find the color I want but they didn't have it. Kim did a good job but she was pretty rough with my hands. I was pretty indecisive in finding an alternative and overall disappointed because I was asked at the front what look I wanted and the guy assured me that the salon had it. Also they don't offer any student/teacher or birthday discounts available if anyone wanted to know before deciding on being serviced here. read more

This was my first and last time getting my nails done here. Terrible experience and never coming back. First off she cut my finger which has NEVER happened to me before in all my years in getting my nails done. Secondly i showed her the reference photo and she said it couldn't be done due to my nails being too short which I didn't understand because it's literally just lines. I've seen other nail techs from other salons do more detail on shorter nails than mine. What she should have said was she's simply not capable of painting lines and hand me over to someone else who has better artistic abilities. I spent over $50 (not including tip) on this horrendous job and i complained to the people at the front desk and all they told me was they don't give refunds. And I even told the lady who did my nails before she started that I'm getting my nails done for my anniversary because me and my boyfriend were going away on vacation so i would suspect she would have done a better job but NOPE. read more

I am very dissatisfied, I paid $ 140 for manicures and pedicures, and I didn't like anything I did! The nails look thick, a lot of powder has been applied, as if I glued artificial nails in 4 layers, so much thickness is done !! Staff rude, 2 sentences were said "Hello what do you want to do" and "Goodbye is over!" And 2 young ladies were working for me at the same time and it lasted for more than an hour and they were !! Shortly after that visit, I started noticing inflammation, pain, and irritation around my toenail. At first, I thought it was just temporary sensitivity from the pedicure--but it never improved. Fast forward to now (March), and the issue has still not resolved. After looking into it and dealing with this for months, it's very clear that I developed a fungal infection, along with ongoing inflammation around the nail. This has been frustrating and honestly upsetting, because something that was supposed to be self-care turned into a long-term issue that I'm still dealing with months later. I can't say exactly what went wrong during my service, but I would strongly encourage this salon to take a closer look at their sanitation practices and tool hygiene. Situations like this shouldn't happen. This place is beautiful if you choose to come here, but please be cautious and pay attention to how tools are cleaned and handled.

I'm so glad I came back because this location is down the street from me and I found a tech I will be using from this day forward. TIM was AMAZING!!!! I got a gel pedicure & he took his time! He gave me THE best massage I've ever had at a nail salon, and even asked me after the first coat if I liked it. I'm so glad he did because we ended up switching colors. I also messed up my toes pretty badly before coming in and they were really short, even with that, Tim made them look REALLY pretty, so I'm definitely going to be back and will ask for him again! Shamefully so, I am NOT the type to leave good reviews, I usually leave bad reviews LOL but this was such a great experience I had to give Tim the recognition he deserves.

The chairs are comfortable and the massage control is longer than other chairs. I didn't have to keep resetting it, which is a plus. The foot area has a riser bar that flips up to hold your ankles while they scrub your feet. Very comfortable as opposed to the nail technician holding your leg up while scrubbing. Dona also did my waxing. She uses tweezers after the waxing. That's important to me because some aestheticians do not. There's no way the wax can get it all, so tweezers after are important to get the tiny hair left behind. $53 (not including tip) for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax. I'm pleased with my experience.

Some things may be a little gross to some people, so I will try and keep this as PG as possible. I wanna sound tough...but if you have an ingrown toe nail...It can be as painful as having your hand nailed accidentally to a fence (don't ask how I know this...long story) and needs some attention before infection sets in. One in my house suffers from the same affliction. Deciding not to pay a Mercedes payment to the foot doctor, the wife highly recommended Nina (YAY NINA) to get the blasted thing removed. I do not know what she put on my feet to numb them. But she had a solid..."chunk" of the nail out before I knew what was happening. No wonder the pain was so daggum unbearable. Anywho...pain relief was virtually instantaneous. I thanked Nina for her services and about to get up to leave and was promptly yet politely told to park my keister meester. She told me "You pay for pedicure...you get pedicure". Probably one of the most diabolical tortures of my 40+ years of callus building on my feet. She might as well have taken a belt sander to them. Nina was happy and talkative and fun. I like that. And I am ticklish on my feet. See previous reviews of mine for my "Don't you dare judge me" clause of my reviews. Having finished grinding (and I literally mean grinding) my feet...I was out of pain...Nina was happy...and you cannot help but smile when Nina does. Pain free and happy...I still managed to walk out with a huge smile on my face... I am still a dude. Just sayin... Solid service? Check! Funny conversation? Check! Tasty beverage? Check!!! Any business that is not willing to apologize and back up their services and products should not be in business. Customer service is non existent here. I even explained that it's hard for me because of my work schedule, but I still made time to go. When I got there, they completely changed their story and said they would not give me a full refund.
