Sunday breakfast at a not so secret secret Henderson Airport cafe. We only found this place a couple weeks ago and it is already our go-to Americana diner for breakfast and lunch. When we found out we could reserve a large table on Mother's Day, we booked a table for 8. It was ready when we arrived. The specialty menu for the day included crab cake eggs Benedict. The wife ordered that. I couldn't be persuaded away from Las Vegas Valley's best French toast with a side of sausage. In addition our party had regular Eggs Benedict, pancakes, a cheese burger, clam chowder, more French toast and a couple other things. All the orders were correct, hot, and great tasking. No complaints at all.

Great FBO, the staff is friendly and helpful and the fuel prices are as good as it gets in Las Vegas. The terminal is modern and clean. The bar/restaurant upstairs does a good job and there's nothing better than having breakfast watching private aircraft do their thing.

Really...as easy and painless as it gets. Easy drive to/from the strip and they let you pull right up to your jet. I'll take it!

Nice color choice for this bin!

Great airport I drive for Uber and Lyft so I'm here occasionally picking up passengers when I noticed they have a "leave your weed" here bin! Lol I think all airports should have this if it's legal in that State.

HND is a small executive airport. I visited here to take a charter flight with Maverick Airlines to the Grand Canyon South Rim. There is a lounge with comfy leather couches and TV with CNN playing. There is a small cafe with sandwiches, coffee, and snacks and table seating. There is a gift shop with the usual assortment of t-shirts and knick knacks. The large restrooms are clean and well lit. The facility lost a star because public wi-fi is not available. Don't hesitate to come to Henderson airport for your GA and charter flighs.

Chillin waiting and about to take the tour.

We made it through the airport without any issues, and I was surprised by how much larger it was than I expected. One thing that really stood out was the rideshare pickup area. It's one of the most organized and efficient airport rideshare systems I've experienced, making it quick and easy to get on the road after landing. And of course, it's Vegas! There are slot machines and bars throughout the airport, so the entertainment starts before you even leave the terminal. It definitely gives you that "Welcome to Las Vegas" feeling from the moment you arrive. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organized airport experience, and I would definitely have no complaints flying through here again.

Thankfully, Harry Reid International Airport definitely falls into the convenient category. The airport is very easy to navigate. As soon as you leave your gate, you'll notice several mini casinos throughout the terminal, which I thought was such a fun and very "Las Vegas" touch. The directions throughout the airport are also incredibly straightforward. You simply head down the escalator toward the iconic "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign (which is definitely worth stopping for a photo!), and from there, the signage clearly directs you to the appropriate tram based on your airline. I also had a question about getting to public transportation, and one of the employees at the airport help desk was extremely helpful. They explained that either tram would take me to the transportation area, which made the process much easier. I didn't check any luggage, so I headed straight to the taxi area, and one thing I really appreciated was how organized everything was. This is something I always pay attention to while traveling. Similar to what I've experienced at O'Hare and the New Orleans airport, there were attendants managing the taxi lines and helping direct passengers. That level of organization makes such a difference, especially if you're unfamiliar with the airport or arriving after a long flight. It eliminates the confusion of wondering which taxi is yours or whether you're standing in the correct line. Another feature I appreciated was the fixed taxi rates. My ride from the airport to the MGM Grand was a flat $25, which I thought was incredibly helpful. Knowing the cost upfront takes away the guesswork that can sometimes come with traffic or meter-based fares. Overall, this was a smooth and stress-free airport experience. Clear signage, helpful staff, organized transportation, and fixed taxi pricing made arriving in Las Vegas incredibly easy.

Airlines · WN425, WN982…read more I've flown Southwest for years and have never felt as embarrassed or dismissed as I did on this flight. After landing in Las Vegas, I was one of the last passengers remaining onboard for my connecting flight. I had slept through most of the flight and woke up feeling unwell. When I asked for a Coke, I specifically explained that my blood sugar was low and that I wasn't feeling well. My concern is not that I was told no initially--it's that after explaining my situation, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. What stood out was that another flight attendant later helped me without hesitation or making me feel like a burden. That interaction showed me that professionalism and kindness were absolutely possible in the exact same situation. The most disappointing part was watching an elderly passenger be spoken to with the same dismissive attitude over a boarding pass issue. Rules are rules, but there is never a reason to speak to people disrespectfully. I come from the South, where we're taught to treat our elders with patience and courtesy, and that interaction genuinely bothered me. I understand flight attendants are there for safety first, not comfort. However, this is still a customer-facing profession. Passengers are the reason airlines exist, and basic courtesy should be part of every interaction. The pilot and another flight attendant handled the situation professionally, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, one employee's attitude overshadowed the entire experience. To be clear, I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking for a Coke after informing a crew member that my blood sugar was low and that I wasn't feeling well. There is a difference between enforcing policy and disregarding a passenger who has communicated a medical concern. I hope Southwest addresses this issue. Safety and professionalism are important, but neither requires rudeness. I would also like to sincerely thank the pilot and the other flight attendant who made sure I got home safely. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and they represented Southwest well. As for the two employees whose behavior prompted this complaint, I hope they take this as an opportunity to remember that every passenger is a person first. A little kindness can make a huge difference, especially when someone isn't feeling well. And if either of you ever find yourselves in San Diego, feel free to come see me. I do great hair, and I'd be happy to return the kindness that was shown to me by the crew members who actually cared enough to help. And please, let's remember we are the one that make you money not shitty flight attendant. learn to detail about which one is which because everybody on that flight knew who was through, but let's just say the one that had a really cute haircut that was only pretty thing about us and I don't mean that to be ugly. I mean that to be like dude we're dealing with deaths on flames right we're dealing with like really sad stuff on planes and you guys have like seriously since 2020 got so high on the high horse you forgot that some people actually do fall off and there's a long line of waiting people who are a lot more nicer. That is waiting to take your place. I hope you have the day that you deserve into the pilot. God bless you into the connecting sewer. That was there too my gosh, she was such a blessing as well, however, in the end that being Beautiful because I had a beautiful beautiful lunch at the Vegas airport I got a nice little napping and I didn't have to deal with the freaking storm that came in. That's what I said, and God bless you. May I please add Mike the probably the MVP the goat word must travel fast and I guess it's a little bit more darker than them. I mean everybody's got to get to gap right but I can tell this man was looking at me in a concerned way when I say he is a doll and needs a raise. We need more people like him in this industry. Thank you so much, Mike because out of my horrible day you really DID make it better. God bless you and I wish you all the health and wealth. For real

If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! Anyways once we're in the air, it's overrrrrrr, we're almost there! NOW, what I think airlines should improve, is the way we all exit the airplane. They don't give instructions. We all just get up and leave but orchestrating that at times can be messy. Passengers get so mad if you try to get off the plane before them! Like, I mean, not everyone has a carry on, so we can just walk past the ppl who need extra time to gather their bags! I wish they had 2 exits or 3 exits! WELP, that was not the case today. I am a frequent travel. This would be my 3rd flight this week and so I know where to park with no problem. Today, I drove up and then saw that Long Term parking was full and to go to Terminal 3. As there was no additional signs, drove up to valet parking and it was full as well. The FULL sign was not even close to the ramp you drive up, it's more inside and was hard to see if you were driving by. I had to think fast of what to do next. I did another loop and ended up in Short Term parking. It did not state it was full so I went in. I circled every single floor to even the ground floor and nothing was available, not one parking stall was available. Now, I am pushing 8:15am and was getting so nervous. I finally had to leave and go to Terminal 3 to park, shuttle over. Terminal 3 is not my usual terminal. There's no one there to really direct you to where to easily park and to the the 2nd level and walk the bridge over to the main bldg, go downstairs and outside and look for the inter-terminal orange sign for the shuttle to take you back to Terminal 1. By the time I finally go to the long term parking and found a spot, I got out of the car and realized I parked far from the bridge to walk over to the main bldg. When I fly back on Monday evening, it will be a bit of time to go to my car as I am flying back to Southwest in Terminal 1. I really thought I was going to miss my flight. Luckily I had TSA precheck as I got shuttled back and got to my gate while they were boarding the B group. I was so nervous i was shaking. I was sweaty because I was running from the shuttle drop off to running to Security and to my gate. I am not the only one, I saw so many cars that were in the same situation, driving around to find no parking. Honestly, all this running/driving around and stress can be so avoided if the Parking FULL sign/signs would be placed as we were entering the ramp to the parking areas. It was such a waste of time that no one was around to even direct and tell us or answer questions. So frustrating that everything was full on Terminal 1! I really suggest better communications and signage up in advance of customers driving UP to the entrance to the parking areas to find out.
