I generally went around 11pm - 1am ish time and there was never anyone there! I thought it was great, having the whole gym to myself. This place is just starting out so there isn't a lot of members so if you're like me and enjoy just working out with a buddy and not having to deal with waiting on other people this is the place to be! Also there isn't any hours to keep up with and the staff team is very small (I think its like 5-8 people max) and they have tons of little perks and contests. Also if your new to the whole working out thing don't worry! These guys will take you on a small tour around the gym and show you how to use everything and its included in to your membership. As far as membership pricing I think it's pretty average. It cost the same as when I was at Court's Plus but honestly I like it more. I don't have to deal with the stuck up attitude that is at Court's Plus and I don't have to worry about others messing with my stuff or anything of that sort. Oh also since it was a 24 hour gym, I just wanted to include that I never felt unsafe being here alone or with just one other person. This place locks the doors right after they close and there are tons of cameras everywhere. Also its off a pretty busy highway so there is always traffic going around you so you never feel uncomfortable or like its just not busy enough around there. :) And this place isn't good for kids. There is a rule that kids under the age of 16 shouldn't be there unless accompanied by an adult which I actually like because this place is simply a gym its not a family fitness club. So if your just an adult and want to work out then this is the right place for you. If you do have kids and join...please watch your children. There has been so many times when I was at Court's Plus and parents never watch their kids do anything and they would go in there and screw around with the equipment and get hurt all the time. I've even seen a kid fly off a treadmill, so please be a parent and watch your children.

Tried it on on a day pass while visiting family in the area. When you first walk in you see all of the weight machines, a quick walk-through will show you where everything is. There are plenty of cardio machines and even a "lady's gym". I did appreciate that that area had plenty of weight options, as some gyms lack that in their "lady gym" areas. My only reason for deducting a star is that we kind of had to look for a receptionist as no one was at the front desk initially and when I had questions no one was there again so I kinda had to figure things out. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in the area.

They have another weight lifting room that is unisex too. Always very clean and sanitary! It doesn't even smell like a gym, they keep it clean and smelling fresh!!! They have Clorox wipes everywhere in this gym!! Awesome!! They offer lots of cardio classes among other classes but I have not tried those yet. I have my own workout routine. Love working out here!! I let the manager/owner know that three treadmills were broken. They "fixed" them, and out of five treadmills only one works. I was running at 6.2 and the belt just STOPPED. They should just remove the equipment that is broken so members do not get hurt. Another time, I was there, ceiling was leaking heavily, I was nice enough to clean it up, put a trash barrel under it and let them know it was really bad. The ceiling tile is caving in. They have not fixed this either, which is a safety issue as well. It's too bad, the gym is in a great location but I am going to a gym, paying double, but won't have to worry about getting injured while working out.

I think they start at around $45 if I remember correctly. They are located in Nashville. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town. I usually have to drive to Rocky Mount if I want a smoothie :( - not anymore!!!
