The refrigerator had only been moved once since it was installed in 2016 but he used a large, thin piece of metal to protect my hardwood floor and pulled out the refrigerator to access the interior, discovered the problem and fixed it. We chatted about the earlier problems I had where another Appliance Repair company spent 9 months, replacing numerous parts but never fixed my ice maker. Today I go to the same Home Depot, loaded my cart with over $200 in materials, called over the associate to get my veteran discount. She REFUSED unless I get set up in their system. I explained to her that I didn't want to be set up in their system and the two prior days associates gave me the discount. She still REFUSED stating that the other associates did it wrong. So instead of satisfying the customer she wished to debate the customer, firm in her resolve that I not get the discount. End result...I went to the LOWE'S store less than half mile down Franklin. Furthermore I will continue to LOWE'S since they give a veteran's discount without being in their system.

Technician said as long as my ice is frozen the freezer is working but his "professional" temps gage was reading 8 degrees and climbed to 17 degrees as he was holding the door open. He said it was only that high because the door was open. He never checked the coils or for a filter. I got a second opinion for another company. I called this company back to request they send another technician out to right the wrong and they refused to send someone else out. Now we are out $65 that this business scammed us out of and we have to hire someone else. Choose wisely and spend your money elsewhere.

Temperature so low that it actually froze and cracked the water filter. He would not replace the filter. They replaced some other part and said I would have to purchase a filter myself. He denied that freezing caused it to crack. Refrigerator temp is still below freezing now. I took out the filter so it can't freeze it again. I called them back. They offered to take out all the new parts and put back my old parts And give me a partial refund. They would not even consider giving back the original service call fee. He has been out a total of 6 times. I'm not allowing him back in my house again. No telling what he might do if I allow him to swap out my old parts for his new ones. I really don't think he knows what he is doing. Just throwing parts at it and hoping for the best. I guess I just waisted 525.00 I am going to get someone else to come fix my issue. Would give less than one star if I could. Please don't allow these people in your home.
