He was very professional and most of all he did a great job. Oh, and by the way the refrigerator stopping working right after a few days, we called and he came back, minor issue, he fixed the issue and at no charge to us. He took dryer apart and explained the problem (dryer was screeching like a banshee) and the price to fix. Quoted me a very fair price which made the repair a good deal. Fixed dryer, checked to make sure it was running correctly, cleaned up and was out the door an hour after arriving. A very respectful, quite young man. Extremely happy with the whole process.
