My first impression of the store, I thought it look pretty gimmicky. But to my surprise this specialty store, offers so many wonderful pepper flavored products. You have salsas, spices, sauces, and marinades to choose from. All of these items come in different levels of heat. Again I came for the sriracha sauce, and like so many other stores. They didn't carry the sriracha sauce, but they did carry a very similar sauce. Well actually, the sauce Pepper Palace carry's is waaaay better.
