I've been dedicated to the styles - and brands (translation, the very spendy ones) - that work for my figure, which means in recent years I have been dedicated to never wear skinnies. Well. I got great new boots for Christmas (btw, not BR but BR does have a great shoe selection, and mid-season sales on them), and I thought I just miiiight try some skinnies on this body. Love! I also found a great semi-slouchy cap sleeved sweatshirt like top. Again, love. Right now, BR has lots of good layering pieces like this top, from long sleeve tees, medium and heavier sweaters . . . Big store, with great mens, womens and petites selections. Prices are reasonable to a bit high on most things, but the look is stylish basics with a kick, and again - the sales multiple times a year can really get you some scores (oh, the jewelry selection is particularly good on deals). Go, shop, and maybe try a new-to-you denim style.

The London Trading Company is definitely my go to store now instead of ordering online from the UK for Barbour product. I'll definitely be back.

The ladies in the shop are very attentive and friendly. One drawback- there are no mirrors in the dressing room. It can be awkward for shy folks to use the large mirror outside the changing rooms. I visited the store in hopes of finding a pair of odd trousers to match a blazer I have…read more 15 minutes into my arrival, I wasn't helped from an associate until I looked around and pretended as if I was lost. When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. Sadly, it sounds like I won't be returning.

The staff seems to be centered around customer care . My hubby and I were acknowledged the moment we walked through the door . We signed in at the front counter where we met Clarke . She offered assistance with choosing two suits and she took the measurements for a custom fit . I loved the in-house tailoring. You actually couldn't miss the tailor located directly in window . A great selling point for the company. While hubby tried on a few suits , Clarke offered me something to drink . Which I thought was a nice touch. I won't spoil it for you. You'll have to go check it out ! The boutique layout was really nice. If you can't find a suit there , I don't know what to tell you, because the options were pretty good . I won't know how well they withstand the constant wear until he's had them a while, but they look very nice on after alterations were completed. The lines of communication were awesome by text messages and via email. The parking lot is a bit congested, but it's ample space for the shops in that area . As long as they continue to put customers first, we'll be back .

(I have ordered items that are a completely different color then the stock image) So it's nice to be able to see some items in person before ordering (theoretically) but they are far from having a full assortment and I have a hard tome finding items in my size (a 2 - typical 0 but in Ref I'm a 2). I usually have to try a size up and sort of hold it with my hand int he mirror and imaging the correct fit. I have maybe gone in 3 times and actually found the time I am looking for in the color I am looking for where they had a size that is maybe acceptable to try on. So that's frustrating. But I always feel oddly judged and like the employees are judging me. Even when they are nice, I get an odd vibe here in store. I imagine it has to be part of the training, and that maybe they deal with a lot of theft possibly? So maybe judged is the wring word, but watched is maybe more appropriate? It's also never busy. Like I can't remember the last time I was there and there was anyone else shopping with me, which just sort of amplifies that feeling. Also they do not validate. Just a heads up. Yelp doesn't have a place for "tips" for this location otherwise I would put it there.

I came here a couple weeks ago on June 4 in search of a dress for my little sister's college graduation. I previously bought a blue floral maxi dress from their Austin store for my older sister's wedding that made me look snatched so I trusted my gut that I'd find something here. Like the other reviewer, I was a little sad that there wasn't much selection in store. Of what WAS available, I sifted through a few pieces that I found cute! I was aware that inventory differs between locations but I would have preferred there to be a smart screen formatted like a website that allows you to swipe through products. For ex, the Austin store has that installed and you can find things that might not be displayed on the racks. Just something to consider to elevate the customer experience here! Other than that, I spoke with both of the sales associates who were working as I had entered the store close to the end of day. They were both super friendly and gave me multiple recommendations. I came in interested in a shorter green-toned dress. I tried on the two pictured. I felt the dark green one was too similar in style to my other Ref dress and I didn't want another maxi dress (at least not yet). I also didn't realize until after the fact that the lighter green dress I bought was intended to be worn as an off-shoulder dress. Regardless, the sizing was perfect and I looked great in all the photos!

The story goes: Guy meets girl. Girl throws away guy's old shirt. Guy loved old shirt because it was soft. Guy wonders, why can't all shirts be this soft from the start? I walked into the first Marine Layer store when I was out in Seattle. I was surprised to find this store here at Ponce City Market. Naturally I walked in and looked at the designs. To be quite honest, the prices here are steep but the design, fit and comfort are second to none. I can't get all my clothes here (because I'll be REAL poor) but I do occasionally get one or two items that I then treasure. Although most of the clothing they sell are manufactured in SF or LA, some of the products come from overseas. I also found out here if you donate some of your old clothes, you can get coupons to be used in the store. In fact, there is now a small section of clothing made from old clothes! pretty neat.... Although walking into the store is nice to be able to browse and try on clothes, now that I know what size fits me, I can do all my ordering online. Again, this is expensive but the clothing designs are top notch. Very much a west coast vibe going on here. If you haven't been yet, I suggest giving them a try. You might find out that you like them... a lot!
