I picked up 2 different outfits, I was not expecting to go shopping for myself during back to school I was really in there for my son, but shout out to Shae who helped me and the other ladies that helped my son today. I love the way everything is certified authentic my Versace shirt had a NFC tag in it to verify authenticity and my son's VLone also had a certilogo tag in it we verified authenticity of both!! This store/brand is a joke. The Aventura store is a nightmare disaster and the South Beach store is just as bad. No one can find the size you're looking for cause the places are so messy and completely disorganized. The owner of the company treats her employees horribly. Solid online (and apparently in-store) boutique! I live in CA and happened upon this website and loved a lot of the variety they had on the site. My orders arrived in a timely manner and most of the items were exactly what I was looking for. The ONLY issue was that a couple of the items had some damage, likely due to them being from a few seasons ago. That's really the only reason for the reduced star (4 instead of 5). But the good thing is that the staff were super prompt and helpful in helping me return the items for a full refund! The employee who helped me had excellent customer service and even followed-up with me after my initial complaint. My only suggestion would be that they have a Quality Control person check the items before shipping them out, so that way they can catch any damaged items before sending them out. Other than that, this is a pretty dope store that will probably get more of my business as long as they keep up this great customer service! read more

THESE ARE BOOTLEGS NOT ACTUAL DESIGNER GARMENTS! The staff is helpful and the clothing is actually not bad they're just not real, which was disappointing bc the prices Definitely were. - the first HUGE RED FLAG was the Versace DID NOT have NFC tag (When you go into any Versace store or high-end designer for that matter you will be able to point your camera at the tag and it will take you to the company's website or an Authentication website just a heads up) none of these garments had that. - the Billionaire boys club and ice cream garments were obviously silkscreen shirts however some of them were peeling meaning the lettering in pictures we're literally coming off of the shirt display. When I asked a store employee if the garments were indeed authentic she said yes and to no fault of hers I do not believe she was trying to be shady at all I believed she thought that that was true. However when I showed her that they did not have the tags she neither confirm nor deny the validity of the garments but the disappointment in her face said everything I am not saying at all that this is a poorly ran store however the prices do not at all match the merchandise if I'm going to get a bootleg product I should have a price that reflects that not a price that reflects in authentic garment that is clearly not that read more

I had no clue what to get my boyfriend this year for Christmas so I ended up checking out Pure Atlanta, who I discovered through Instagram. Honestly, this is where I am buying his stuff from now on. They have the biggest variety of Robins, MCM bags/ luggage, Cazal & Dita glasses.. They even have Versace and Fendi baby clothes (let me not get ahead of myself). Since I don't live in Atlanta I made the purchase online. When I needed assistance with my purchase, the customer service girls were so patient & helpful. I was shopping in Lenox Square Mall today when this very trendy and captivating store caught my attention. Normally I don't take the time to write retail reviews but the experience I had makes me want to tell the world to shop here! It began with the super fun employees who clearly enjoy what they do. They offered me champagne while I shopped & our conversation was so hilarious it made me want to stay & shop longer. As for merchandise, this has to be the largest and most unique selection of MCM backpacks and MCM handbags I've came across. I ended up buying a very nice pair of Dita Sunglasses and the cutest Kids Fendi belt, and if I had a man in my life I would buy him a pair of these dope Robin's Jeans. This is also the only place I was able to find a Godspeed leather jacket so I will be sure to come back and shop again. Thank you Pure Atlanta, it was a great experience. read more

Just had the most amazing experience at Pure Denim I'm not sure if it's Pure Denim or Pure Atlanta but I went shopping at Lenox Mall because I live in Florida and was evacuated for hurricane Irma. I've been following them on Instagram for years and was so excited to finally go there and was not disappointed. Really exceeded my expectations. The customer service was so amazing I felt like I had a personal stylist who helped me replace everything lost in my suit case, with mostly Versace but I felt I deserved a gift after all the drama of the hurricane evacuation. So many different unique pieces from Moschino I literally could not pick. And I also got my god daughter a kids fendi dress. I can't believe the owner actually gave me a case of Pure water because they were worried the hotel would run out. This place is not anywhere as good as my original first time buyer's experience I had while in the store. I have actually operated in a mid-luxury to luxury good business before. It is without saying the available experience I had that day was completely sub-par. I inquired about the sizing aspects of specific items only to be met with little competence via the black and asian females who were working in the store. I am not here to fall head over heels for any supposedly trained associate, but to have a great shopper's experience inquiring to transitional purchases for goods I seek to ad to my fashion wardrobe. I am actually really surprised I am the first person to review Pure in Lenox Square.  I love this store first of all because I like to drink champagne while I shop, but let's be honest who doesn't.  Second of all, I love luxury in general but to listen to trap music while I shop for luxury items like Versace sweatshirts for my boyfriend. It doesn't matter to all consumers, but it does to those who care about whom they spend their money with. I walked in with my two nephews, was stopped by security only to ask if we were together. As we entered the store the sales associate walked pass us without greetings, only to go and fold shirts on a table. As my nephews shopped I sat back and noticed how the sales associate did not greet anyone. Am I welcomed?? Is my hard working money welcomed?? As I had my nephews put the merchandise back, we still were not greeted nor asked if we need help. This store is SOOO out of place, wrong mall. Good merchandise, but in need of customer service training. I will NEVER shop here, their lost of what could have been a loyal customer.
