Her space is in the same building with the Indian Market (East Indian Emporium), just down the street from Blue diamond.

Initially she came out from the back, no greeting/didn't even look at us, and just stood by one of the chairs. After a few seconds my mom asked her if she should be sitting in the chair, and to that she replied "uhh yeah.." in a condescending tone. As for the threading itself, there were no particular issues. However, as soon as it was over, she IMMEDIATELY walked away and stood behind the register - usually they give a handheld mirror or ask you to check in the full mirror and ask how it is, as it's common courtesy. Even as my mom was looking in the mirror, there was no acknowledgement, she just glanced over back at her once she realized it had been a bit. Overall, the customer service was not pleasant or positive in any way.

The owner is AMAZING!! She couldn't in good conscience, just do my eyebrows and send me on my way. She offered to laser my horrible past eyebrows, FOR FREE, and do them perfectly, once we are able to!! This is going to cost a lot, and take up time, she could be making money with someone else. Restores my faith in great people and great services!!
