Christine proceeded to tell me that they are only open until 8pm on Wednesdays and she would never schedule an appointment for 7:30pm. I said, well your sign says you are open until 7pm on Wednesdays and her response was that she decided to "stay open late for the groupon". ??????? Can someone help me understand this. I then asked if she would come back to give us the service we paid for and scheduled and she declined. Not only did she decline, but when I told her the sign says they're open until 7 and I was confused, she HUNG. UP. ON. ME.
