I even told the doctor, Daniel Mann, that I suspected pneumonia. He listened to my lungs for less than 10 seconds, dismissed my concerns, and prescribed me an inhaler, steroids, and a cough suppressant--despite the fact that I told him I did not have a cough. When I asked for clarification about my symptoms, the only explanation I was given was "it's probably a cold." When I asked if he could say with certainty that it was not pneumonia, he told me yes. I had to push just to get a COVID and flu test, because in my life I've never had a "cold" this severe. To be fair, I understand my visit was close to closing time. However, this was the only urgent care open at the time, and I simply cannot afford an ER visit. I was hoping for thorough care and reassurance, but instead left feeling dismissed and confused. Over the following week, my symptoms did not improve and actually got worse, especially the difficulty breathing. I ended up going to a different urgent care for a second opinion, where they performed a chest X-ray and confirmed I do in fact have pneumonia. That means I spent an entire week untreated, walking around contagious, exposing my baby brother and my best friend who has severe asthma and lung issues. This misdiagnosis and dismissal could have had serious consequences for me and the people around me. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of thoroughness and the disregard for my symptoms, and I would strongly caution others about the level of care provided here.

I've been brought in as soon as possible when breathing was labored, have had my PCOS taken seriously, as well as personalized mental health care. Nisha has gone on the national stage as an advocate for women's reproductive rights and it's clear the entire office stands behind her. They make sure that you know you are in a place that advocates for you. As someone who has been looked over because of gender and gender related health concerns I feel so seen here. The pelvic floor Pt is also a great service that helps patients like me learn about our female bodies. I recently had a check up, but had the flu and the office was super flexible and let me switch my appointment to telehealth... arguable the only positive thing to come from Covid in 2020. Overall a 4/5 stars for a doctors office. I do think that their schedules are very full so that is challenging on the scheduling side of things.

I called 2 times in between to confirm these things. They promised me both would happen same day and with Cindy. Sydney, a pa, has no idea what is going on, doesn't know how to do a pap or how to do physicals on new patients! My wife is there and she is seeing a pa and they are saying she should go somewhere else for a pap. They also couldn't do a complete physical because it was her first visit. This review is mostly for my new doctor Courtney Millward, DO. I saw her for the first time…read morerecently at this location and I was really impressed with her compassion and care. So often it can feel like you're rushed at a doctor's office, but Dr. Millward answered all my questions and never made me feel like I had to hurry. She was easy to talk to and I felt totally comfortable asking questions and learning from her. The whole visit was great as well; I was able to complete all the intake paperwork online ahead of my visit which was really convenient for me. The staff checking me in and out were very kind and pleasant. Masks are required and they provide medical grade masks for everyone as well as taking your temperature as you enter the building. I think it's so important to have a doctor that you trust and can relate to, so I'm so happy to have found that at this location with Dr. Millward.

They told me to call the insurance co. I called the insurance co and got a great agent. She found that Metro Vein billing had the wrong number on the bill. This agent called Metro Vein billing and got all straightened out. I am 82 years old and I don't need this, two days and two sleepless nights, when it was Metro Vein Clinics problem.

The results were also basic and for both ears combined, even when I asked how my ears differed I was told they were the same, though I know I have greater loss in one ear. Provided me with the hearing aids (TruHearing) covered by my insurance, which were worthless. When I came back for a scheduled follow up appointment in two weeks I did not feel heard, and my concerns were minimized. I tried to share multiple situations where I noticed zero difference with my aids in or out. They made a quick "correction" to my aids. I felt rushed and sent on my way. I tried for another 6 weeks and brought them back because truly they made no difference in my hearing. The staff at Hear USA did not ask even one question as to why I was returning them. No call to inquire if I wanted to try something different. Just crickets! I went elsewhere and received a detailed hearing test and results. The specialist sent over an hour with me. I purchased Rexon hearing aids and again the specialist spent a great deal of time with me getting them programmed and answering my questions. Immediately noticed a difference in what I could hear.
