We bought a 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk about 2 months ago and the they put 2 of those paper temp…read moreplates inside. After 1st month we still hadn't got title. We called they said they sent it 2 weeks go. Then 2 weeks after that call they said they never received the title and requested a new title to be sent. Still no title. We were told to call their corporate office and no one answered phone and was told to leave a voice-mail, and in 24 hours no one called us back. This auto group is worthless! When you get trade in titles are given immediately or they get fairly soon from a bank. No nope not these crooks. Why so is driving this car with no title and no plates and even the paper plates are expired. Luckily cops can see rear paper plate. The finance manager sent a (s)hitty generic letter, but after talking to my local sheriff's department they said he could get a ticket and vehicle could be impounded. Don't go to any of the Greg Young dealerships because for 1 no one answers call or returns a call and they never send the title. We paid in full with no bank loan. You are warned.​

When I went to look for cars, they offered help in finding the right one that fit my needs and my budget. The signing process was smooth. When I returned to get a replacement key fob, was also a smooth and quick process. When I've needed to drop my car off for service, they've had awesome loaners that I didn't want to give back, haha. the one thing I'd say is a miss with this location are the amenities, any other car dealership I've been to there's at least coffee and some snacks while you wait if you're in the service department but here they have only a vending machine so you have to buy your own and a small area to wait. Not a huge deal because I'd rather have good service and friendly and helpful sales, but it is an important point when you might have to be at the dealership for a while.

The service tech was out for the week and parts had to be shipped in, so that gave me time to think it over. I called the next week and said I would like to just sell it outright and the sales manager (EJ Brodecky) rescinded the offer and stated "we are not obliged to honor a verbal offer to buy a vehicle". I will be doing all future business with a different company who will "honor a verbal offer" and keep their word (also known as integrity).
