After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

Later in the day, she called and said that our car was in serious need of an alignment. She described what it would be behaving like since it was in dire need. And she was right! The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. And, then, we had the best conversation about our upcoming trip. Not only is the service here at Woodhouse awesome, but the staff is just THE best! Nicely done, Woodhouse! Our regular mechanic couldn't check it until Friday, but recommended Twins Auto. I contacted them and was told to come over so a mechanic could take a short drive with me to see what it might be. I called to say I arrived and was told to park. Someone would be out soon. Jerry came out and sat in the passenger seat. He started asking questions after I gave a description of the noise. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.

I got a 2001 Chevy S10 with 93k miles on it a year before. Starting a new career in IT contracting, I figured it'd be a good idea to get my beloved little rustbucket looked at. This thing was, not just abused, but neglected for several years. Joe found every last problem with the motor. The sheer scope of issues with it that Joe managed to find and repair is insane. Thank goodness I had a nest egg saved up just for such an occasion. They invited me right over to the lift to see the problems with my own eyes. When I turned the truck in the next day, they were even kind enough to drive me home since I lived in Bellevue. Not just that, but when the truck was finally done after discovering even more issues (namely a timing chain so loose it's a wonder the truck ran at all, with the valves a full eighth of a rotation behind the crankshaft) and repairing them. It was held back for another day due to starting issues traced back to the timing sensor, something he insisted on eating the cost of due to how long it's been in service (about a week). After that they were happy to pick me up. The truck since then has been running like an absolute dream. I've driven 450 miles in the span of 3 days working all across Western Iowa/Eastern Nebraska, about a hundred miles out from the Omaha Metro at max. I cannot thank them enough for their incredible quality of service, mechanical and customer. I will not trust any other mechanic until I'm forced to stop going to Joe's.
