Henry came in to replace a portions of my siding. He told me that he will add flashing (drip edge) in between the top and bottom piece of siding. At the time, I wasn't sure what flashing for siding even looked like. So I thought that it was installed. I found out after that a flashing must be installed between top and bottom pieces of siding. I was initially, not even going to give Henry a review because he charged me for 8 hours of work, when he only worked 6.5 hours and I would have been fine with that if the install was done correctly. I try to give folks the benefit of the doubt and take a passive approach if its not that bad. But when I found out that he skipped a process on the siding install, I decided to write this review. I know have to get someone else to re-do this job. I would consider using a proper general contractor. read more

Only reason I gave Mr. Rios 4 stars is sometimes I had communication problems, although he was pretty good about using his phone translator. He is very caring about making sure you are happy with his work he installed 28 ceiling lights for me and installed 5 in base boards thought out my whole house, and I think he did an excellent job there were a lot of corner cuts that had to be done. Terrible service. Henry was unprofessional. He wasn't pleasant when we met. He was late to the pick up site. I still I gave him an extra $100 on good faith that he would return the next day to do the main job I needed help with and he agreed then turned around and bailed on me last minute late that night same night. He also didn't tell me he was bringing an additional person. He was rude, unprofessional and not honest or reliable. I will never use his services ever again. He definitely didn't deserve that additional $100 on a $150 charge. Waste of my money and time. Don't bother with this guy you will be disappointed. read more
