I Have still not received my refund. These people are dishonest and will cheat you out of your money STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

Hayden, my sales rep persuaded the delivery driver to go back to the factory and get a second load that same day so my trailer could come. It was 3:00 by the time it arrived but it was beautiful. Meanwhile the staff were very accommodating and gave me a T shirt and some free merchandise even though none of this was their fault. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. If you ever need mechanical assistance go to this local shop. The work is top notch. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics in the back are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile on your behalf.

He makes every passive aggressive attempt to steer you away by saying things like "well...its gonna take like 2 hours" and " are you gonna wait here?" with exasperation. I should have taken the cue to walk out then but i wanted a particular brand so i stayed. it was a strange experience to say the least. I didnt see anyone for 3 hours and 15 minutes AT ALL. No one was answering the phone when it rang and no one came out when customers came in. i had no way of getting anyone's attention to find out when my car was going to be ready since it was over an hour past the given time. I even considered calling the police but luckily i could tell by the bluetooth connection on my phone that was my car still in the vicinity. When the guy finally showed up, he offered no apology or explanation but again continued the passive aggressive attitude "you know you cant put your windows down for 2 days, right?" (i wish i could convey the tone in text). I was just happy to finally escape. They didn't clean my windows before the tinting so now i have dirt trapped in between my window and the tinting. I think I'm going to take my warranty card elsewhere to get it fixed and done properly.
