We needed to have a couple locks installed in our office. Henry was extremely quick to respond with a quote, and was great about explaining his pricing structure when I asked by the price of the locks was different from another quote we had received. I felt confident that we were going to get a quality service for a good price. Josh, the tech, arrived ahead of the appointment time and installed two locks, rekeying them to match an existing key. We were charged exactly what I had been quoted. A week later we were having issues with some of our keys in the new locks, and both Josh and Henry came out to look at them. Our issue turned out to be NO fault of theirs at all, but they still found us a solution for no charge, and explained how to avoid our issue in the future. I had lost my car keys with no spare and initially called the first locksmith I found. first guy was ridiculously overpriced and ended up messing my car. i really liked henry and his work. i contacted henry for the key pad lock at my entrance, and he asked me to send some pictures of it. over the phone, he could tell me what might be an issue, the charge of his visit, etc., AND what i could do to save money... how nice he thought of ways i could save money, instead of charging a bunch for his own good!! when he came, he loosened up the lock, which i asked for, but also made sure to grind out the key hole, which is an extra step he took for the same charge. now my key is so smooth that i keep double checking if it is fully locked, haha! read more

Simon came out to install three deadbolts for us. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. There was some challenge getting the hardware we purchased to install properly so he completed the job with hardware he had with him, at no extra charge to us. Unfortunately two of the locks started to loosen over the next couple days. They were very accommodating when we called, insisted on coming back to make sure we were satisfied, and both Henry and Simon showed up to fix the issue, including finding a way to install the original hardware we had wanted! Very pleased with them standing behind their work and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have some additional work coming up soon and will definitely use them again. read more

My car fob was so old that the key fell out and I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere. GEICO first put me in touch with a locksmith that never showed...I'll hunt down his yelp later. There were two other choices. Someone that couldn't work until Monday and Henry. While I was hesitant at the original quoted price, Henry made it worth every penny. Not only did he show up exactly on time, but he's one of the most personable people I've worked with. I thought I would only get a replacement key out of it, but I walked away with both a new fob with key as well as a valet key.
