He appeared out of no where, just pulled up in front of us and asked if we were ok, he ended up towing us to a safe area out of the flow of traffic. I can't be more thankful! My biggest concern was my 11 year old son sitting in the car. I was terrified we would be rear ended by the oncoming traffic trying to go around us. He could have easily have passed us by as we did not have a call into his service. Thankfully that was not the case. I highly recommend Performance Towing, he didn't ask for anything in return for his service. The very least I can do is write a review letting others know what an incredibly admirable man he is, a fine representative of his company.

All the companies ranged about the same in the price but Potomac Towing was the most responsive. I do NOT regret that decision. I had the opportunity to speak with Gabriel to schedule my tow and his response time was SPECTACULAR! No matter the time in the 24 hour window of when I scheduled my tow, he answered within 20 minutes which I loved. Sean actually performed my tow. I was scheduled for 8 am but he was EARLY which I again loved! He came, hooked the car up fast and went on his way.
