My wife and I were driving home on Christmas eve (tonight) when the truck shut off on 29 north and I coasted into the left turn lane. lot of traffic and getting dark. I checked my truck and found the fuel pump had failed. we were there 20 minutes, and no one stopped to even see if we were ok. was checking my phone to contact a tow company when I saw the tow truck lights behind me. the driver came up to my door and showed me his card and identified himself and asked if we were ok. he offered to tow us out of traffic for free. he said its Christmas eve, can't leave you here. I asked if he was on a call, he said no, but was on his way to see family (Christmas eve). I asked him to tow us home in Manassas and he agreed. totally professional and extremely reasonable. quality equipment and got us home safely. Sean was pleasant and had my confidence from the first time we spoke. can't say enough about how professional he was, and his driving ability was exceptional. he backed my truck up into the driveway and parked it where I wanted it. I'm so glad I was referred to this towing company!! I couldn't recommend them more!! I work for delivery service so I'm driving around every day. Unfortunately today, my car died while I was out for deliveries. I called Sean at Performance Towing to tow my car to the mechanics, and within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, he found me pulled over on the side of the road. I told him about my car problems and how I was on the way to complete a delivery for a customer. Sean being the nicest guy ever, offered to drive me to my customer's area so I can complete my delivery and then would drop me off at the mechanics. I thought I would have to cancel the delivery and I would lose my earnings because of this, but Sean saved the day! What a great guy! He even waited for me to check in my car at the mechanics and offered to drop me off at my house, saving me even more money by not getting an Uber. These guys are the best towing team in DMV. Sean (the owner) and his brother did amazing job safely towing my $45K 2019 Honda Odyssey. My situation: Brand new minivan ignition system failure and minivan stuck in my townhouse garage (single car garage doors with low clearance). Backstreet is narrow and facing another row of townhouse garages (see photos). Not enough clearance for flatbed truck. 5 Towing companies came out (incl. Roadrunner Wrecker, Fairfax Towing) courtesy of Honda Roadside assistance, and they DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT to tow out my stuck van. 5 of them said they couldn't do it and gave up. Solution: Performance Towing Sean showed up determined and motivated to get this job done, and I knew from the instant he perfectly backed up his tow truck into my narrow garage that he's among the elite of operators. I am glad to report they successfully got my van out and towed safely to dealer service center. On Saturday, Oct 1, a gentleman's car broke down on a busy road in Vienna. He pulled partially off the road and into my driveway with a flat tire. When he exited the car, I saw that he had a physical limitation and was using an electric chair. A couple of men stopped to help but they were unable to remove the tire due to a stripped lug nut. I started calling service stations for help but it was close to 5pm and no one would come. The man was unable to pay for a towing service. Our family has used Performance Towing before, so I called them and asked if they could help out. Without hesitation, the owner Sean agreed to come and he arrived 15 minutes later with his colleague, Chris. They were very thoughtful and respectful towards the owner of the vehicle. When I offered to pay them, they refused to accept our payment, knowing this man was unable to pay himself. It's nice to know compassion, empathy, and humanity is alive and well. I was out the other evening, and my truck all of a sudden would no longer operate - looks like a brake failure. I called, and within 30 minutes, Performance Towing arrived. The driver was great, and while we waited for my insurance company to verify a change to where I had initially decided to have it towed, I was able to wait. We talked, and it was clear, he and the company aren't just performing a job, but they sincerely care about the quality of service they deliver. On top of everything for me, he was already supposed to be off the clock. We dropped it at the dealership, and it was after 10 at night. I had planned on getting an Uber back home, but he went above and beyond and dropped me back at my house. My house was on his way to where he was going, but still, just speaks to the professionalism of not only him, but the company. I 3/21/2022I was trailering my new horse home when the steering and brakes started to go out on my new truck!!!   I was able to get off the road and into a safe parking lot.  I called Onstar roadside assistance and they quickly arranged for a tow for my truck . . . however, they wouldn't take care of my horse trailer.  Fortunately I belong to USRider and they arranged for Sean to pick up my trailer!  He said that he would haul the trailer and horse together for me.  He arrived within 15 minutes!!  He was kind, courteous, efficient and professional.  (He even provided assistance to the young man who was sent to haul my truck to the dealership!)  Sean got me, my friend and my horse safely home!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!  What could have been a tragedy, ended being a minor bump the road!  Sean is my hero!!!I read more

I can't say enough positive things about Sean/Performance Towing. My tire blew out on Route 66 and I am so grateful that my auto insurance contracts with Performance Towing. I was told, by the service, that someone would be there in an hour, but Sean arrived in about 30 minutes, stating that he doesn't like leaving anyone stranded on a highway in the dark. Sean is a really great guy and knows his trade! My daughter's car broke down, we thought it was the battery, but it wasn't, Sean spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the issue so she wouldn't need a tow. However it wasn't the battery, and she needed a tow. The car was kind of tricky tow because where it was parked and it a 4WD and needed to but put on a dolly. Sean had it on the dolly in no time!
