This towing company sucks . They towed my car after the driver said it was ok for me to park there temporarily while I helped my elderly grandmother in the house and moved some boxes from the house to my car. And then when I called the office they give you the run around and keep transferring the call . If I could give them a negative number of stars I would . They need to shut this place down . If I can give this company a negative star I would. They towed my car twice within a two month time frame. Customer service is so unprofessional. All they are worried about is the $$$. Even after I notified them that I have a permit to park and even have the permit on my car, they still towed my car. When I asked what's their procedure prior towing a car, they said they can not provide me with the information. Everybody in this place needs to be fired. For all the bad rap Henry's is getting, I highly doubt they deserve any of it. Yes, getting your car towed can suck if it's unexpected. But the people are Henry's are incredibly professional and take their job seriously. Everyone I interacted with was beyond pleasant, treated me with respect and went out of their way to help me out. So if you ever need a tow, or if you ever get towed, consider yourself lucky if it was by Henry's. read more

This company is unscrupulous. I'm sitting in my car and the tow truck driver is telling me to move or he is going to tow me. Wait, is he the parking police or do you own this lot. Go tow people that need to be towed. Stop sitting around waiting for people to walk away from their cars. And yes I have been told by these people in my apartment complex for out of state tags that expired by one day. Horrible. This place gets bored and tows your car with no authority. I woke up one day my car was gone. I called the cops they said it was towed and told me where, they stated they did not authorize it. I called my complex they stated they have no contract with henrys to have them tow but per the agreement they have with the county police they can. Okay...so noone is stating they work with these people. Then i call and the lady wasnt too rude, she gave me the info i called an uber and was on my way. I get there theres a guy in front of me, they take forever because the car isnt his..and then she waits for him to drive out before helping me. Then makes a comment to me about him being dumb and trying to get out but not beeping. Shes like was he just sittin there the whole time? I didnt answer cause she didnt ask my by name and it wasnt my job or business to care i just wanted to go to work. So then i pay get my stuff she takes forever. Im leaving to get to my car this lady swings open the side door waving her hands and yelling some mess about how she wrote the managers info on the back of my reciept. Okay lady. U just mad i wasnt feedin into ur tough act and arguin with you. I got better things to do than argue with old people with nothing better to do than get smart with more educated younger people.. They also scraped the undercarriage of my car. I had gotten into a rear end accident 2 days prior and couldnt examine the car due to my back and neck hurting but my coworker told me when i got to work. So i contact kelvin the manager who takes forever to respond by phone so i email him. He responds he will look into it and never gets back. Goes on vacation and comes back still no reply so i emailed today just for him to say no dice. No ownership on scraping my car and states i park too close to the curb when i back in all the time and even was backed in when they took my car. My complex doesnt get paid by henrys or have ability to refund through them since they dont authorize them but they told me when i signed my lease i could park in this space no issue. I tell kelvin that and hes like well you are not allowed to park there. Okay..two issues with that...i was told it was okay to park on the end space over the line as long as the maint carts and wheelchairs could get by...which they could. Plus the space was too small for a car to fit fully anyway..after i got towed (mind u i parked there for a year no issue) the complex repainted so it wouldnt screw anyone else over due to my suggestion and frustration. Kelvins horrible customer service background prevented him from refunding all or partial of my money even though the complex changed it going forward and i clearly am not 100% at fault. I am going to write the better business bureau about their crooked practices. Go around at 2am with nothing better to do than try and make money cause business is slow when noone claims to have authorized them. They have even towed maintenance cars for being parked on the side of the building 5 mins to run in and get supplies. I hope this place fails miserably. I dont know why noone has sued them yet. Way worse than the miami tow company from the show on tv. My car got scraped up and i had to pay for the tow and an uber for no reason and didnt even get an apology. This place sucks. My car wouldn't start this morning, it seems it has an ignition problem. I scheduled one of the tow companies recommended by GEICO for 4:30 to get to the service at 5:15 (the only appointment available until Tuesday). At 4:45 the tow wasn't here and when I called to inquire they told me it will take the driver 45 minutes more since he was on a police call. After I talk to someone at the service and they tell me it will be ok to drop it off later I call the to company again and ask them how come no one called me and if at least they can give us a discount. Service is pretty bad. Employees clearly don't want to be there and couldn't be bothered. You're just a nuisance who's interrupting their TV viewing. The drivers are probably their best assets. But they play completely dumb about costs when they hitch your vehicle. They do answer the phone when you call, and give accurate info. But that's about all I can say in their favor. They certainly don't make an inherently unpleasant experience any easier to bear. read more

This company is the worst! I parked my car in Metro Plaza for 6 minutes to get some coffee, came back and my car was gone! I literally left my car 9:31am and came back at 9:37am. Some people waiting at the bus stop saw the guy tow my car after he somehow 'knew' I was going to the Dunkin Donuts. Had I been going to Starbucks they claimed they wouldn't have towed my car. Apparently the DD (50 feet from the Starbucks) wasn't apart of the Metro Plaza so I was in violation. How they knew I went to DD...I have no clue! I had to pay $128 and was 3 hours late for work. If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all we parked where we ALWAYS park to get a bagel. We come back literally 8 minutes later and the car was gone. Assuming that it was stolen we called the police who informed us it was towed. We called the towing company who gave us the address and tried to say the car got towed for a "walk off" from the Metro Shopping Plaza. After trying to explain to the woman that worked there that we did not "walk off." She tried to tell us that Einsteins bagel was not part of the shopping center while we were staring at the sign which clearly stated that the 4 places you could park were: Starbucks, EINSTEINS, FedEx, and RiteAid. We uber to the towing place and from the very moment we get there it's nothing but rudeness. The lady got an attitude when I was answering her questions about how my car registration was in my car that they currently had locked away. Not only that, at one point I was telling her about how I went to Einsteins and she proceeded to tell me how that is not part of the plaza.....I tried to show her a picture of the sign and she refused to see it stating, "you don't need to come up in here and explain yourself to me." Clearly, this woman doesn't even know her own rules and regulations for the company she works for since Einsteins was clearly written on the towing sign in the parking lot. Then when I was getting my car I noticed scratches and told her I needed to file a complaint and she tried to discourage me from doing that! Clearly if your employees didn't damage my car then you shouldn't have a problem having me file a complain. During this time the tow trucker who towed my car was back with another car ( probably one he towed illegally based on assumptions he made). He then proceeds to jump into the conversation and shows us pictures of us just walking away.....the pictures literally do not show any indication of where we were going and this mans justification was, " I don't know where you were going you could have been going on the metro". We were in the store for literally all of 8 minutes. If you wanted good evidence then you would've followed us and had an actual good picture of us not going into one of these stores (which is creepy btw). Not only that, as we were trying to have a conversation with the guy that towed our car, another worker kept snickering at our comments. She had NOTHING to do with the situation. Honestly, this is a customer service organization. No matter how the customer acts ( and in our case we were talking in very calm and respectful tones and only reacted when they provoked and proceeded to insult us) the people working at this organization should treat us with the utmost respect. Not only that, they ruined our day so clearly we are going to be a little upset. Overall terrible terrible place and I hope they go out of business. Seriously, they need to learn how to get better evidence because if they ever go to court they will lose. Not only that....they have nothing better to do with their lives. Geico set up a tow for me with Henry's (I believe from this location, [MD9954388]) as I broke down on my commute home. After two hours (which is not unusual for tows) I called for another ETA and they said 45 more minutes. It came and went. I called again and was told another 30 minutes. It came and went. I called again and was told another 15 minutes. I questioned her accuracy at this point and she said something very rudely and hung up on me. Needless to say I cancelled their service. Thankfully, a random tow truck on Hwy 50 who was looking for work picked me up and got me home--five hours later overall. My advice to the company is to be honest with people with turnaround times. It could have been a mom with kids in that blistering hot weather with no AC or water. Also, good customer service is only really good when the employee maintains respect and sympathy, even when the job is stressful. Whoever was managing the desk was out of line. I'm sure there are good people in the company, but I have to review based on this experience. read more
