Last Wednesday night (4/8/2022) I got a hole in the front left tire of my car. Sadly, I was in downtown Marietta at the Square, and I didn't have a spare tire for the car. I called Falcon Towing first thing Thursday morning, and they sent Joshua out to help load my car on a flat bed truck, and take it to Discount Tires on Roswell Road (next to the intersection with Johnson Ferry Road). Joshua was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Hopefully, I will not need more towing services in the near future. But if I do, I will 100% use Falcon Towing. read more

Horrible Experience with Falcon Towing. On Thursday, July 29, 2021, as I merged from 285 to 400 North, one of their drivers severely cut me off as a result of them nearly missing the exit ramp. This resulted in Falcon Towing's truck hitting and damaging my car. Immediately after the collision, both the driver and passenger looked behind them acknowledging the collision. However, they would not pull over. I proceeded to honk and wave, pointing to the side of the road. Even then, as the driver looked multiple times into his rear view mirror and as the passenger turned around numerous times looking out the back window, they still refused to stop. Working for a local small business that is reliant on referrals and customer service, I can't imagine employing such inconsiderate and frankly dangerous drivers. If this is how Falcon Towing treats cars, they should update their website from car recovery to car wreckage. read more

You're having a bad day when you get your car or truck towed. The guys at Falcon make that situation much, much better. I had to get my truck towed because the front brakes locked up. The truck wouldn't move because the front tires wouldn't roll. I called Falcon and got Joe. He was there when he said he'd be there, and he was an absolute expert at getting the truck loaded and unloaded, especially with the locked front wheels. Falcon did a great job towing my 911 Turbo. Had an ignition issue, car wheel was locked and transmission. Falcon sent 3 guys and all the equipment they could to make this happen. My Jeep had an issue after an oil change, and the shop sent Falcon towing to pick me up. John was great! He made it pretty quickly despite the rush hour traffic, and he dropped me off at a hotel since it was evening and I was stuck overnight. John made sure I was able to get a room before he left me at the hotel, and got my Jeep to the shop in great shape. I really appreciate him making sure I was okay before leaving me, and he was very nice and professional. Someone was out to help me within 25 minutes, which is pretty cool considering the previous number I called gave me a 2 hour wait before anyone could help me? When I called, the person answering the phone was incredibly nice and polite and told me he would Mapquest the distance I needed to get my car towed and call me right back. He did within 10 minutes and arranged for someone to meet me within the hour at my car so I could get it towed to a garage in Kennesaw. The gentleman that met me there was just as nice and polite and made getting my car towed simple and quick. It only took about 5 minutes for him to get the car on the flatbed and be on our way. Pricing was great for the 25 mile tow I had to get. I would call this company back in a heartbeat because they have genuinely great people working for them. read more
