I'd heard of this place through Munch Madness and thought we should finally get around to trying it. Very glad I did, this place is excellent! They'll be getting my votes next time round. Excellent Korean flavor on fries or rice, hot fresh spring rolls. We've already been back since our first visit and will be making it a regular habit.

Heoya -Fusion fries (with chicken as the meat) OMG, this was so good!! My roommate recommended this place, and although it's inside a gas station, it's FIRE!! I am really excited to try more of the menu, but I could not put this down, haha! I do think it would be better if I did a different meat, like the Korean beef, not chicken, but it was super quick, and the employees were so sweet! I definitely recommend it!

I got the Morgan which has rice instead of fries and 3 sauces with beef. Yum! My date got the other/Nick? With extra crispy chicken

So yummy! I've been dying to try this place since I moved here from Virginia a few years ago. I missed Korean food! So glad I finally got to visit. Ordering was easy. There's usually only 1-2 people working and cooking simultaneously so patience is obviously required. They did great work! Both our meals were delicious. We bought drinks from the gas station attached. Note: they're never open on Sundays! They also have a second location on the south side of town. I look forward to coming back soon! :D

Some of the best fast casual street food in Lincoln is in gas stations. This Korean fusion style restaurant is a must try. Our order consisted starters consisting of Fire Rangoon's, Spring Rolls and Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls. The crispy chicken spring rolls were my favorite. Then we had a Morgan Box and Fusion Fries. The crispy pork on the fries was amazing. The owner is super cool and friendly. This comfort food is fire.

I've been a fan of Heoya since their days as a food truck, and this was my first visit to their brick and mortar location in South Lincoln. It was worth the trip! The food continues to meet the high standards they set with their food truck. I ordered a Nick Signature Box, which comes with meat of your choice (I chose pork), steamed rice, Korean BBQ and sesame sauces, and a yummy crab Rangoon. It was a generous portion of flavorful pork, and the fusion of the two sauces added a bit of spiciness to the rice bowl. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The decor is a throwback with photos of their customers and their food truck. Overall, if you are in Lincoln and want a satisfying meal, I highly recommend a visit to Heoya!

Drove here from Lincoln Airport for a quick bite, and was very happy I did. This is a true hole in the wall...a hole in the wall of a gas station, to be exact. When I arrived, it was 15 minutes until closing but the workers gladly fired up the grills and prepared my friends and I some delicious food. There's a couple tables to sit at, and drinks are purchased at the gas station side. The pork Korean BBQ tacos were awesome. I thought the firecracker crab ragoons were good, not great...I'd probably try for the egg rolls next time. Definitely would stop in here again!

I've heard so many rave reviews about Heoya that when I was on the north side of town for a dr. appointment, I made sure to stop. I ordered a lot of things to share with my sister and our kiddos because I knew I wouldn't make it this way anytime soon. First, I'm glad I tried it. I think marketing and overall decor is great, service was really nice however no one in the kitchen was wearing a mask and lets just say there was a lot of sweating and wiping and well, that bugged me. This was a few months into the pandemic, prior to a mandate. Second, I do not think I'll ever be a die hard but I could see myself craving this at 2 a.m. after some beers. There, I said it. This would be classic munchie food. There is a lot of flavor, and for me personally, maybe too much in each dish. We all shared the firecracker rangoon, pork burrito, beef Korean fries, and spring rolls. These dishes were NOT a hit with the children (5 and 2). The rangoon was eh. It's firecracker because it has sriracha in it but not a lot of stuffing inside. I LOVE me some crab Rangoon and these aren't the worst, but I'd rather have the traditional, more stuffed variety. The pork burrito was huge. Like massive! We did not need all of these items to feed the group, so I'm telling you now if you get this, just know it's huge. This would have been my favorite part of the meal but the pork was burnt and bitter, and it really cut out the freshness of all the other ingredients which are very similar to what you'd find in a spring roll. I know what they were going for, I've had similar food, but there was possibly just too much burnt in my ratio of meat. Enough that it ruined it for me unfortunately. Tortilla was good, good flavors, fresh veggie crunch, just wish that meat was tastier. The fries I didn't like. They are no longer good when they cool off so if you aren't going to eat them right away, I wouldn't order. Unless you are just a hardcore fries kind of gal (or guy). They are just basic fries with lots of stuff on top, too much stuff. I did like the orange aoili looking stuff, but would maybe ask to dip it. They are just so messy. I didn't like the mix of flavors. Again, this would be more of a munchy food. Spring rolls were good, nothing different than other Asian restaurants. Since the burrito is so similar I most definitely shouldn't have ordered these but if you're craving simple, fresh spring rolls go here. I really wanted to love this place and I'd be willing to try it again. I think taking it to go and making a trip across town didn't help. If you go that route, getting something that can withstand the moisture like a bahn mi.

Heoya is one of our favorite places to grab a quick lunch. They've always been quick to get our food out, our orders have always been correct, and everyone is super friendly. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I have never had a bad meal here. My favorite thing to order is the pork and shrimp spring rolls, and my teenager loves the combination rice box with all the sauces. Plus they have the BEST crab rangoons in town... and I have eaten a lot of crab rangoons.

It's inside a gas station, cute set up

Stopped in Lincoln Nebraska for the night and decided to try this place based on the reviews. Boy, was it worth it and definitely 5 stars. Got the fusion fries with beef and it was amazing! Will come back here every time I'm back in Lincoln

The best Korean fusion you will ever have! The owner Charlie is so friendly and nice (as is the whole staff!) I always get it to go and share the Korean fries and crab rangoons with my coworker. 10/10 food, I love this place!!! They do have a food truck but I'm not sure how often they take it out. Their north location is great and has seating available inside as well as a to go option!

Skip forward to 2025 and I drove across town to here here again craving some good Korean food. Oh how sad I was. The newer photos are from August 2025. I arrived at the end of what should have been the lunch rush but the food was obviously old. Not to mention basically cold. The only truly hot thing was the crab rangoon I got instead of an egg roll (my request). The food is no longer good. Apparently the older lady retired and sold to someone else. They claim to be using the same recipes, but it doesn't taste the same. Everything seems more sugar and bland at the same time. The sesame potatoes, which were my favorite thing here, are gross now. The cucumber kimchi is SWEET. It isn't supposed to be sweet y'all. Everything seems extra "Americanized" now. The portions are still huge, but the price now matches it.
