We started to eat the cake and my husband came to me and whispered that he had a long hair in his slice. I later had two other guests mention that they had hair in their slice. I was absolutely mortified and infuriated. I sent a respectful message with pictures to the owner/decorator and her solution was to offer a free cake for the next time I needed one. Umm...no thank you! This cake was inedible due to the hair. It's like playing Russian Roulette with each slice. My wife asked what they could do and they said she could go to a sister location to see if some one may be able to fix it. Considering this kit was overpriced to begin with, I would have assumed we would have received some decent customer service. I'm not complaining about their prices, we're all about supporting small business's, but I can buy one for less than half from Amazon and they would exchange it if it wasn't working.
