Went last week to try this place. Customer service was on point, the employees are bilingual so my hubby felt at home :) He got the gansito ice cream and loved it. I got the Loco Chips; they have two options #1 has cheese and corn #2 has winnies, jicama, cucumber, Valentina & pico de gallo. I got option #2 but be WARNED the pico de gallo is spicy. I'll be sure to exclude that out next time. read more

Came here for the first time, obviously to try their mangonada. This place is big and clean and there's a lot of choices. Service was helpful as I didn't know what all came in the mangonada and it was fast. I didn't have to wait long. I got the mangonada with everything. Taste: Mangonada was much sweeter than others I've tried which wasn't a bad thing. I do wish I got more Lucas powder and more Chamoy in my cup. I wanted a tangier mangonada. Other than that, mango and pineapple chunks were fresh. Perfect for hot days! I did notice that the mango ice cream melted really fast, much faster than other mangonadas I've had. Not sure why, but it was a race to finish. Cup size was filled to the top so it was quite a bit. I will recommend and would come back, but I like my mangonadas to have more tang so this would be a once-in-a-long-while kind of sweetened mangonada treat. We spent over $50 here and the corn in the cup we got had no Chile in it, we had to go back and was told there was Chile in it without even looking at the cup, she right away started arguing with us to the point where she had to call someone else and pass her cellphone to us to speak with the owner or whoever manages the place. She told us some bs story of how it's easier for the customer to go back to the store to add chile then it is to take chile out. Not kidding. We won't be returning, we'll go to the other place just down the way. Zero stars. read more

This place sucks. Everytime I come here the staff has an attitude and almost acts as if helping the customers and taking orders is an issue. The fruit is usually either not ripe or super over ripe and can tell it's been sitting for awhile. The milkshakes are 100% milk and 0% ice cream. Do not order the agua frescas as they make them to order and it's like 4 cups water 4 cubes fruit it taste like sugar water . When you complain about these things they just look at you like it's an issue that you don't like the product you are paying for. They're a mess. So good I had to visit twice in one day!!! I ordered a large strawberry raspa with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (GREATEST COMBINATION might I add). The 2nd visit I got the same thing, but added two watermelon fruit bars. Very clean and the woman working the front was nice. I love this place and will definitely be back...once a week. I highly recommend this place!!!! The ice cream is homemade, and there are over 15 flavors. I don't think there's an actual description of the flavors...some flavors they have are like Pinon, Chongos, red velvet, hazelnut, tequila, +more... but I really love their Tigers Tail flavor (to me it tastes sorta like bubble gum, lol). Their coffee flavored ice cream is really good too! They are located next to Peter Piper so you can head over after a bday party c: they also have corn, raspas, fruit cups, paletas, milkshakes, banana splits, hot Cheetos with cheese, nachos... Also, you can ask for different toppings on your ice cream like melted chocolate, cherries, pecans, sprinkles, coconut, and granola bits. It's a family operated business, the mom is veryy nice and friendly but I haven't seen her in a long time, but usually her daughter is there working and she is very kind too. The location is spacious and clean! This location is a lot bigger than their other location next to the Taqueria. Now with Covid-19, you need to wear a mask to enter, but they're still open!!! The service has been friendly and I love that they've always had the patience to ask me exactly how I want my mangonada, and they fix it how I like it. This place is so yummy! We stopped by after having dinner at Peter Pipers next door. Parking is abundant and the place is spacious with plenty of seating. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors including strange ones like corn lol they also have Mexican favorites like mangonadas and corn in a cup. The guy helping us was sweet and attentive. I came here yesterday with my friend, my friends kids and my son. I always come here and taking them out. I spend pretty good money here. I'm usually here at least once a week, so that tells you how much I like the place and how much money I spend. I don't just buy one ice cream, I buy multiple ice cream and other things. Usually, when I come in they greet you with great customer service and every one is usually nice. When I came here yesterday, there was no line and I was ordering my two mangonada and three scopes of ice cream. While I was waiting, my son and I chatted. I was in the middle of talking to my son. Next thing I knew out of nowhere one of the server shouted at me pretty loud and said "Ma'am!" I was thrown back because she wasn't even my server. Then my server who was really nice asked me if I wanted strawberry. I kindly told her "yes" but I did tell the lady that shouted at me that there's a way to talk to your customer and not shout at them. She thought it was funny and I told her that's pretty rude. I explained to the nice lady that I'm always here and never had this issue. Sadly to say, I would never go back to this place again and refer the business. If that's how a server acts. two separate incidents where they show they can give a rats behind about customers that aren't their own race. the first time me and my boyfriend went the lady asked three different times if i wanted lucas or chamoy all three times i clearly stated no! i was given what i order with chamoy and lucas anyways, told her it was wrong & still had to order a whole different one even though i shouldn't have had to pay for their blatant mistake! the second time which was today we decided to give them another chance since sonic's slush machine was down, ordered our shaved ice and as my boyfriend was paying his fell off the counter onto the floor right in front of the lady & her only response was "oh no, can you sign the receipt, have a good day" ordered again and had to pay yet again, when any other place of business would've replaced seeing that it happened right in front of her face, dont let me forget to mention they tried to charge him for mine again! i've seen them accommodate their own when there was an inconvenience but after being shown twice that the color of my skin will get me different service i will neverrrr spend my money with them ever again!! read more
